I heard the same thing, considering Neo is the main character and how long they waited to bring him into this drama, it's pretty obvious that they modified the male character's weaknesses to make him accept it. I'm a fan of Lu Yuxiao, I just want the drama to be good and benefit them and not give her more hate than she currently gets.
