The incident covered is Battle of Okehazama. That time Tokugawa was the vassal of Imagawa Yoshimoto who gets killed in this. Tokugawa then forms alliance with Oda Nobunaga and changes his name from Matsudaira Motoyasu to Tokugawa Ieyasu.
Honestly it's full of plot holes and delivers nothing what I expected from it. So many unexplained parts of history you won't understand if you haven't read before (I'll add that explanation below). It's just cramped and could be longer. The ending is incomplete. The idea was fresh and could have a better execution but failed, was draggy at times too. Only part worth watching is Miura's, he was cool as ever.
Those who have asked me to continue with the subs, other than the stated reason about the original subber, a few things here and there are taking most of my time. So please expect me to be slower for the rest of the episodes.
I kind of wanted to, but I think I will not. 90 percent of the viewers are using the original subber's subtitles, probably cuz they haven't seen these ones yet. But then if that is the case, may be everyone can wait for the rest by them. Mine ain't coming to much use.
