First this list not talking about only acting skills, Many actors on the list are popular because they are advertising and entertainment models.
Second, she overrated not because have bad skills, just because media and fan`s create foam of superiority. if you stop drop words like "genius", others stop talking about how she overrated

Everybody have own taste. But like person from movie industry i think you can find underrated dramas with a rating of 5 or less. Higher 5-7 it`s very relevant rating. No one of this ordinary dramas not enough good for 8 or even 7

Crush- very good only if you consider that in the middle the heroine died with her friend in the elevator, and the rest of dorama it is the crazy fantasy of the hero. if you don’t consider this, it be very weak dorama
