well kind of the same, I first started reading mangas somewhere in october 2010 and then watched my first Jmovie, which was Death Note (I hadn't read the mangas nor watched the anime so i wasn't pissed, that the movie wasn't good, like most people are) and I swear I was so obsessed with it.. I liked it so much I watched it 3 times XD
anyway...then i found out about this awesome movie Koizora and after watching it I cried rivers.. and then I found out there was a series after it and ofc I started watching it too, and that one made me cry oceans;_; anyway I didn't start watching dramas from this point..later in July 2012 I went to a Summer Japanese School for 2 weeks and met there a girl who was really into dramas :D, she sent me a whole e-mail with recommendations and I thought I should give it a shot, and BOOM now I'm a drama addict.

haha!I think that too! I'm kind of obsessed with Japan, therefore I mostly watch jdramas XD I've seen a kdrama that I liked very much which was 'City Hunter' and also a couple of korean movies but I still like japanese stuff better :D that was another reason I added you x) I don't know if it's because I'm kind of new, but here on mdl, the majority of people only watch kdramas and it's hard to find someone who's like me and watches 97% jdramas :D
oh and about that gif: it's from Great Teacher Onizuka (2012). It's a great drama, I recommend it! to be honest, I only started watching it because I saw that Shirota Yu was in it, but I loved it in the end :D

dar mi-a placut =)) am zis eu ca nu-mi place? e pe locul I in topul meu acum :))) eu am zis si de our happy time ca e disturbing dar mi-a placut =)) si in general cand zic de un film ca e disturbing inseamna ca mi-a placut, pt ca nu multe filme ma impresioneaza :D un film disturbing rau de toot..deci..m-a traumatizat ala:| a fost the divide. nu e film asiatic, e american si e despre sfarsitul lumii :)) numai ca e diferit mult fata de 2012. e despre 8 oameni care au reusit sa supravietuiasca intr-un buncar dintr-un bloc si raman acolo o perioada de timp si pana la urma incep sa-si piarda mintile si se omoara intre ei..si in fine, ce m-a socat pe mine a fost ca dupa ce l-a omorat pe unu a trebuit sa-l taie in bucati si sa-l arunce in wc ca sa nu mai miroasa in camera...
nu stiu daca are 'bulinuta' filmu, dar cred ca poti sa te uiti si tu xD cauta trailer pe youtube ^^

just finished watching it. my god was it disturbing..
