How about YD threatens to leave Korea with TK & Haneul?
It took me hours to finish the subbed episode because I have to take breaks from crying in mainly TK's scenes with Chan Sik in the restaurant and later with Grandma in her bedroom. Ahn Jae Hyun is good with emotional scenes. I am also getting too emotional over a drama. πππ
Tbh, I am optimistic it will be a happy ending. πββοΈβΊοΈ

But he may not actually apply to be removed from the register because YD objects to it in the preview.
SJ's father can hopefully do something to resolve these issues. But sadly, I think he will die of a heart attack while helping YD & TK.
It is good to see Chan Sik tell Grandma that they don't want JH visiting the Gongs again in the preview. Grandma can visit and sleep over in JH's large apartment. Chan Sik must take charge now before JH starts to eye NX Group! π€¨π¬

I've invested months of watching this TRHC that there's no way that I will give it up. But it's very hard to wait for the next episode. Ok...I will start MY DEAREST as the ratings are very high now. βΊοΈ
I read it from the Chinese Fans group, they said TK is stupid to go thru all the hardships, abuse and heartache…
Agreed with the Chinese fans!
Why did In Ok & Soo Jung have to tell YD to be strong for TK ? It did not occur to her? As his wife, she should be TKβs pillar of strength at this juncture when he is so stressed out by JH and Grandma. But she failed him. I am slowly disliking YD too. Not to mention the way Baek JH is portraying YD - speaks softly, slowly and meekly with bent head - really annoys me.
Her mother in law gave her away in pretense of poverty when it was clearly cause she was a girl. She sure didnβt…
Yep! The women had many children but a few would die eventually, I think, due to delivery at home. When complications occur, there is no doctor to operate on them or just treat them immediately. My sister-in-law once commented that it was very sad and pitiful to be a woman in that era.
Eka could be speaking the truth thus far but if JH is really adopted, then my big question is why she kept this from the Gongs. Maybe she wanted JH to feel that he is her brother be it biological or adopted. Hence she felt there is no need for the Gongs to know about it. But once she is made known about JH's bad deeds and motives, she may put a brake on him by telling the Gongs. Does it make sense? βΊοΈ
Adopties being family too is the whole premise of the drama so with that analogy you'll also be dismantling every…
I am in a different time zone hence the late reply.
Who says adoption is the premise of this drama? Because TK was adopted into the Gong family? Because Haneul is accepted and loved by TK? I donβt agree.
I am not against adoption or adoptees. But JH is a bad character from the onset. The list of bad things he has done and is still doing is known to all who watched this drama. How he is putting up an act now to deceive Grandma is ....
I am looking for a way for the Gongs especially Grandma to stay far away from him. Hence I came up the theory that if JH were adopted, there is no blood relations so the Gongs need not accept him.
Because she wants to show love to her grandson? Oh please.
Grandma is 82. It never crossed her mind that a DNA test should be done on JH before showing her love to her grandson. Understandable. It never cross your mind too?
Could it be Eka's ploy? She informed JH that Grandma will be visiting their mum's niche. That's why JH was there! In the previous episode, I thought JH was filial as he was visiting his mum's niche in the last few seconds. Ah! Everything he has done is done with a motive.
Nothing was mentioned about the dad except he died on the same day as the mum. Maybe his ashes are in US as he was born there. Maybe part of the mum's ashes is kept in US with the dad. Because the mum was born in Korea, so they placed a portion of her ashes here? Actually I find it puzzling that the mum's ashes are kept in Korea if she were adopted as a baby and sent to US. There is no family in Korea, agree?
