I'm curious to see what happens with the husband. Because you're right, what ML and FL is doing ist not right. I wouldn't be surprised if the writer makes him evil etc. so that the viewer doesn't see the affair as so bad. That's often the case with series like this.

I just watched the 3rd episode, the chairwoman looked at the ML and acted as if she liked him or something. really disturbing.

If the ML had done what FL does in this series, the rating wouldn't be at 8.6 but at 6.8

Unfortunately it's true that in the most K-dramas the ML ect. is very poorly written. The series is really only designed to appeal to a certain audience.
