Can someone tell me if the ML know about FML true identity from the beginning?he seems to know alot about FML but I'm not sure if he knows that she's the grand daughter of the chairman. I don't understand most of it because the subtitles are so bad..
And also i want to know when everyone will find out about FML's real identity?

They do acknowledge their relationship but it was not a common confession. It was not "i like you" or "i love you" confession but it's more like "I want to spend my future with you" kind of a confession. Anyway they acknowledged their relationship.

If you mean if they are in a romantic relationship, yes they are. But they don't have much romantic moments between them. They hold hands and hug each other time to time that's all.

They didn't show us who exactly killed FML's mom or Hae Jun in the present. But he is probably the one who killed FML's mother because she is alive in 2021 after changing the past.
Ko Mi Sook's character is a witness who had seen the real murderer. She knew who the real killer was before anyone else did. But she didn't reveal who it was till the end because she tried to use it to her own advantage.
Other than that, her character doesn't have much importance.

I think it's possible that they will gradually replace their old memories with new memories created by the better timeline. I don't know if they could completely forget the memories from their orginal time line, but still they would probably have all the memories from the current time line as well. Even though they time traveled to 1987, the fact that they were born and alive in 2021 means they lived all those moments for 34 years while growing up. So it's impossible that they will forever have the memories from the orginal time line when they currently live in the better time line.

Actually ML resembles his grandfather alot. I really thought it was actor's father/grandfather in real life. They have the same smile and everything.

I really loved this series from the beginning to the very end. Although I love it so much, it would have been better if some things were little bit more different (this is my personal opinion)

1. I was hoping that they would show us the other members of Lee Soon Ae's family in 2021. They played vital roles in 1987, and as far as I know they were all alive in 2021 except the mother and sister, even before they changed the past. . But ML also saved the mother in 1987. So I really wanted to see how they all live in 2021.

2. I wonder why they didn't show Grandpa's face in 2021. Wish we could have seen the longer version of their reunion

3.I really thought ML's mom would stay with him this time.
I thought that if she had found out that it was her son in 1987, she would have stayed with him, knowing that her son had grew up very differently from his father. I feel sorry for him for growing up without both his parents.

4. Honestly I didn't want to see ML's dad become the murderer because both he and his grandfather didn't deserve something like that in their lives. That's why I was hoping until the end that the killer would be someone else. I know it's a great plot twist, but still personally I think it would have been better if someone other than ML's father had been the killer.

5. And ofc last but not least I wanted to see more romance between the leads. I don't even know if what was between those two can be considered as a romantic relationship.

However, there is no doubt that this was a truly amazing series. Since they ended season 1 with another puzzle, I guess we can look forward to another season.

I can't wait for season 2. Very interesting drama..

A little bit.. Nothing big though. It's a love triangle but nothing happened in season 1. Hopefully the romance part will developed in season 2

I don't think so.. Thats not yoon Seo jung because Master kim saw that girl way before they showed seo jung's comeback. Her comeback scene was the last scene of season 3. And also seo jung had a short hair while the girl Master Kim saw through the window had long hair. It's his first puplil, jung dong hwa's older sister. It was master Kim's imagination

Seeing yoon seo jung coming back at the end gave me the hope for season 4. I got pretty scared as they wrapped up lot of stories in the last ep. But now I'm sure they'll go for another season... I hope we will not have to wait another 3 years for the new season though...

I watched this drama years ago but I remembered how much I loved this drama back then (hated the ending though) after watching a FMV. It was an amazing plot but I'll never understand why they had to end it like that.
FML and the SML was definitely in love with each other in both life times and no matter how hard they try to justify this but the truth is their lives cut short in the previous lifetime because of the ML. But yet somehow, FML chooses ML in the end? Why? She wasn't even in love with him.. It'll never make sense to me.. This drama had so much potential but apparently writer's purpose was not to make a good drama but to make soo hyuk SML.

I think it would be too much to wrap up in one episode.. This drama could easily have gone on for 20 episodes because there's something new in every episode and it never gets boring. Now they'll probably go for a rushed ending, which is a waste of such a perfect drama.

Im really not ready to bid my farewells to this masterpiece. No announcement about season 4 yet. Even if there's another season, we will probably have to wait for another 2-3 years 😭. Most likely things will not be the same in season 4(if there's one). I don't think Dr. Kim will be in the season 4 (i really hope I'm wrong though). It'll be mainly focus on new doctors at the hospital (i guess they gave a hint about that in ep 15). Either they will burn down the hospital and end the series with this season or they will end this season with an open ending and go for another season (hopefully).

So far, though, I've really enjoyed every season of Dr. Romantic . A drama that I really loved because every season was so perfect in its own way. I will really miss this drama and hope to see everyone who was in season 2 and 3 in season 4 if they go for another season.

I was watching joseon attorney during moonbin's passing. Ever since then, i couldn't stop thinking about moonbin every time i see this guy. I don't know what's so similar about them but he always reminded me of moonbin and he always will be.

Am i the only one who still believes ML's dad is not the real culprit? I may be stupid but i really can't bring myself to belive it. Maybe ML's mom misunderstood him because of something she saw. And why did Baek hee sub's brother was so mad when he saw ML on tv? That also bothers me..

Either yeon woo is not the killer or he's not the real father of ML. Not being his real father makes sense though. Grandfather didn't like him and his dad was never around. Since they still didn't get the DNA results, it could be a huge plot twist. But what I don't get is why on earth did he kill FML mother and the ML in 2025? If he wanted to kill the ML why did he raise him in the first place? My curiosity is killing me rn and i regret my decision to watch this ongoing. Writers have done a great job so far because my head is all messed up and this is probably one of the few times i couldn't predict the ending of a drama.

So no lee rang in 2023?i was hoping to see him reincarnated or something 😪 why the present didn't change when the past has changed so much? Lee rang now has love of his life so it wouldn't have been that easy for him to sacrifice his life for yeon. And what happened to Hong joo in the present? Since she's a mountain God, she's supposed to live long but we never saw her present self in both seasons. I have lot of questions hopefully things would be sorted out in the next season. Doesn't matter how many more seasons i will have to watch. All I want is Lee Rang to live his life to the fullest.

So hwang soo yeon is dead ? But Kang ho definitely sent her away safely... Did i miss something...?

It's definitely good and interesting. Plot is very good for sure but as you watch, you'll find things that annoy you a lot, especially how they portrait the husband's character. I think that's why some comments are criticizing the drama. But you'll get used to it and it won't have any impact on the plot so i think you should give it a try.
