Obviously it is going to be like that because its a 50 episodes series and we are still in ep 11. So this is what my hunch is - Soo Jae's deal will be off and that guy will run away with his $10,000 advance. He has taken private loan to get that money so private loan means super high interest. (This might or might not happen, hope it doesn't that he gets the apartment and sells it off to pay off his loans) Then mom will get to know about everything and rift between her and her husband, also children. His sister in law (one who lives above them) might taunt her to death.
For Hyun Jae, we know about Mi Rae's mom's adoption and biological parents would be the issue.
As for Yoon Jae, he himself is the problem. He is slow, apart from that i don't see anything in them.

You know what i am more afraid off that mom will secretly give the apartment to Soo Jae as the apartment is in her name. She got that apartment after saving.

Yoon Jae had already warned her not to trust Soo jae fully, i guess she won't realize this until she faces it or experiences it herself.

I also think their mother is also somewhat to be blamed as she always encourages him. Now she is convincing her other sons to give away the apartment for Soo Jae as he doesn't have any fixed job so no source of income. Shouldn't she encourage him to work hard instead of handing over the readymade product

Exactly...He stays with his family so no rent also food is free. He doesn't have a fixed job so no fixed income. Now if he gets that apartment as well then he won't ever work hard in his life again.

Exactly, where does he have time for romance...The guy he is up against is capable of taking the country under dictatorship because he is that powerful and people want Hee Woo to waste time on useless romance which is not going to help him in anyway.

Even Hwang in yeop is 30, she is much younger than him so that is not the solution. Don't you want to see actress 's face while she is talking or crying etc

I hope Soo Jae's con gets exposed soon because i am not able to see their mom getting manipulated every single time by Soo Jae (Initially i thought it was cute but now he is doing it intentionally to get the apartment with ulterior motive ) , also he is going to lose the apartment which is very difficult for normal people to possess in a lifetime.

and the frustrating part is Hyun Jae smiling and brushing it off.

I am with you on this. The refreshing side of entertainment industry is what I am loving the most. Also, Gong Tae Sung and his million expressions in a minute......i cannot say no to so many pretty faces on screen

That's what, she has similar expressions for both. Remember in last episode she outright ignored that senior guy Infront of the press so I thought her crush is ending on this guy....

Whom does FL like now, i mean looks like she likes both...
She spaced out while thinking about Cha Cha Wong , also she was shy when that senior brother lifted her

I also love the fact that every character has a story, their journeys, their mundane lives. Their character's don't exist to revolve around the lead characters. In every other drama, the supporting characters only exist to either help the main leads or make their lives a mess....its like their world revolves around the leads....this drama is so refreshing that everyone has their own journey.

I love Ji Chang Wook but in back street rookie, my god their age gap was a real issue. In one the scenes FL kisses him in her highschool uniform......the place where i am from, It's a crime to date or do anything involving under age kids. I know she will graduate and become adult soon but that doesn't erase the age gap.

For me logic, story line nothing matters if there is an age gap lol, .....Now we are breaking up lol......Though Song Hye kyun is pretty but she looks way too old for Jung Ki Yong....
