Atleast for me who have seen her every drama and adored her in all her roles, this change is very evident. She could have reduced weight or have gotten fillers because yeah, no wrinkles...she looks rather plastic now... but her jaw is not lying. It has become 'V'. You can cross verify, when a person looses weight from like 50+ kgs, then they look like totally different people. Not thin people, who loose weight to go to become skinny. They will rather look malnutritioned. What I am trying to say here is, she has combination of all weight loss + fillers + jaw reduction

If you see her press conference, then in all her pictures her expressions are same, her face has become stiff. Her fore head, jaw line has changed....I like PMY, but pains to see her getting so many work done when she is already beautiful

I don't think this is that kinda a drama where FL will hold ML responsible for an illegitimate Psycho going haywire. This drama has very maturely handled topics about consent, child abuse , now bullying. So writer won't suddenly stoop to that old troop of breakup because of the family. So ML has asked for time to sort things up.
