This is only eps 2, so if they are the perpetrators, of course it won't be shown right away. the problem is.. that Kangho didn't really park right at the turn and if I'm not mistaken the truck wasn't that fast either.
and if he really wasn't focused because he was calling or something... why was it that when the truck had touched Kangho's car, the driver didn't swerve? did you not feel it when you hit the car?

but this is about monsters vs humans not humans vs humans. If indeed the creators of this series want to make a message that humans are worse than monsters, then it has to be reasonable, where do you think it makes sense if that one human kills everyone just because of CSAT when conditions are not conducive? and there are too many plot holes, one of which is that we are not shown where other people are going, even the government and soldiers... it is not shown whether their parents are safe in shelters and so on. so where does it make sense?

and actually yourself is not objective in assessing this drama.
