i really failed to understand how li zi long was able to move in the capital especially joyous brothel considering how it is basically under wang zhi. but aside from it's plotholes this was good watch and wang zhi's character really grew on me. the actor has played it very well ❤️

i dont understand one thing in this is why the cast keeps getting changed.

its like there are total of 8 books, the lost tomb deals with book 1, the lost tomb 2 is of book2,3,4 and the ultimate note is of 5,6,7. you can watch any of these as stand alone, but if you want to know how the iron triangle is formed you can watch other two prequels too but it really doesnt help alot. i really liked ultimate note the best out of the 3 and it gives a summary of the first two.

cant believe i went back and watched other prequels but i still love this the best. it's really done very well in this series and i really love the main leads in this. i hope they keep the same cast for the finale, book 8

i did try killer and healer when it was airing but i really couldnt go past 2 episode. i will give it a try again :)

i found this version of pang zi was very annoying and noisy compared to the other ones where he was actually funny.

i watched this a long long time ago lmao, if i remember clearly the only reason i have rated it high is because im head over heels for the main leads and their fvckin chemistry. i hated both the novel and the adaptation

im lost, confused, frustrated. as much as i love the adventure this holds, a proper closure could've been good. i really liked this one. is there a sequel which picks up where its left in this season not 10 years from here. please let me know
