Because i knew that this couldn't end well... (I'm a person who has to watch happy endings...)

I also don't drop that many dramas - out of my 31 dramas i've dropped there are a lot of dramas i've only watched the first episode of and just thought that this isn't for me. So it ended up in the dropped list (I normally don't drop when i'm far ahead with a drama... "normally")

Smile You was one of this dramas - i've only watched the first episode. I think i was a bit scared of the lenght i mean there are 45 episodes... I've watched a few dramas that are that long but those captured me at the beginning so i didn't want to stop watching. An important part is if there are any characters that i like - i just couldn't build up any understanding for any of them. But i also didn't hate it. There was even an actor(not protagonist) that i liked :D

Jaaa... Horrorfilme (vor allem asiatische) sind einfach zu gruselig ^^
Falls du mal lust hast kann ich dir eine ebenso gruselige wie geniale Kombination empfehlen vereint in dem Film Chilling Romance: Horror, Komödie, Romantik...
Echt: gruselig. Echt: lustig. Echt: romantisch.

-Das diese Kombination erstaunlicher Weise funktioniert haben andere auch herausgefunden - weshalb es jetzt sogar dramen mit dieser Art von genre-mix gibt ;)

Ich lese unglaublich viele Mangas (immer noch :D)

Animes schaue ich auch gerne aber da ist mir der ecchi-Anteil(klar was ich damit meine? ^^;) zu hoch

Mein Hauptanreiz bei Dramen sind Happy-Endings... Weshalb ich keine Melodramen, Horrorfilme, Thriller (obwohl die in gewissem Rahmen gehen), Tragedies o.ä. schaue...
(Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel)

Abgesehen davon mag ich auch slice-of-life, music, romance (<3 - a must have), school, sport, action, historical, fantasy, comedy, krimi, medical, martial-arts(ich gucke gelegentlich auch chinesische Wu-Xia Filme).... So ziemlich alles in Kombination mit Happy-End (+Romance) :D (Naja... natürlich nicht ALLES ;)

As it is in your favorite list, i have to say:
I dropped Bridal Mask...
(don't misunderstand - i didn't drop it because i didn't like it :D)

Itazura na Kiss (ja ich meine Love in Tokyo) ist richtig gut!! Vor allem wenn man den Manga oder Anime kennt. Ich hab abgesehen davon auch noch die taiwanesische Variante davon gesehen (von der alten jap. und neuen koreanischen hab ich die Finger gelassen)

Abgesehen davon - schau ich noch ein paar andere Sachen (alle in meiner Watching-List ^^)
- auch empfehlenswert dabei ist Monstar *.*

^^ i think the funniest situation is when two person watched the same drama - and one totally loved it and the other dropped it :D
This always starts a looooong discussion :D

Neee... so gut bin ich noch nicht... wenn ich dieses Semester den Japanischkurs bestehe (mit Klausur und mündl. Prüfung) hab ich meinen ersten Sprachnachweis (ich bin dann offiziell ein Beginner... ^^;)
-aber nichtsdestotrotz bin ich noch für ein paar andere der Übersetzer falls sie nach Japan fliegen :D

Also meine Japanischlehrerin (die selbst auch Japanerin ist) sagte immer:"Japanisch ist eine einfache Sprache" ^^
--Naja im Vergleich zu Deutsch stimmt das wahrscheinlich :D

- ich hab am Anfang nach ganz vielen Internetseiten geguckt, die die japanische Sprache erklären (Seiten mit Grammatik, Aussprache, Umgansfloskeln etc.) ... da aber irgendwie die Motivation fehlte hab ich nicht wirklich viel geschafft
---als ich dann mit dem Japanisch Kurs an der Uni angefangen hab, wurde das einfacher (und wesentlich schneller) Bsp.: Wir haben das Hiragana und Katagana in 3 Wochen gelernt O.O :D

:D Ich glaube nicht, dass ein dreiviertel Jahr viel ist. Aber da ich es über einen Kurs in der Universität lerne und somit 6 Stunden die Woche Japanisch habe, lernt man ein bisschen mehr als bei Volkshochschulkursen ^^

- btw: ich hab auch damit angefangen mir Japanisch versucht selbst beizubringen (war etwas schwierig, weil man nicht weiß, womit man anfangen soll ^^;)Als erstes habe ich damals versucht mir das hiragana anzueignen...

one of the very few dramas i watched that were tragedies was 1 litre of tears... and only because i didn't knew at the beginning how it would end (of course at it went on it got clear ^^;).... even remebering the scenes from this drama make me cry...

:D Yup... i can't stand those endings cause i'm such a crybaby... i'm too emotional for those dramas...

But i think it's good to watch mood-based--- the possibility to start a bad Drama is less (maybe)
