Well I watch it in the UK, not sure what other countries it works in. Download the Viki app and if the series is not available to your region on there use VPN. You can also try drama cool website to check for subs.

Subs are out till ep 3 in Viki app, their schedule for eng subs is not that far behind from the release of the episodes. Usually only have to wait less than a day more.
