Why are Chinese dramas so long?

So anyone reading my previous spoiler comment please tell me if I can continue watching this drama. I mean I love the acting and action now all I need is to sort out my emotions so if anyone knows who "she" ends up with I beg you tell me and if possible the episode where their love turns mutual! Thank you in advance! XD

Guys, people, someone tell me something...Basically on episode 10 Rong JinXiu closed her eyes when Ying Dong was about to kiss her but when Zuo Zhen touches her she yells to stop... So the question is who does JinXiu love and who will she end up with!! I am dying right now cause I want JinXiu and Zuo Zhen to end up together but then when I finally think they will end together Ying Dong pops up from nowhere and JinXiu seems to like him... It feels like shes using Zuo Zhen and does not love him please HELP!!!

OMG while watching these episodes there are millions of hints that Yoon Shi Woo and Hwang Sun Ah are actually siblings!!! Shin Woo is actually Sun Ah's brother omg that's so obvious! I'm kind of late at this stuff but I'm actually really confident on this. Who else think this?

Oh, I see... I'm kind of disappointed, I mean I liked the ghosts personality and find Bong Seon very annoying at times, will her personality change? Becoming more confident and why does the ghost leave forever at the end? Did she find out how she died? Sorry I ended up asking more questions but thank you very much for the answer I appreciate it! :D

QUESTION:
Will the ghost remain in Na Bong Seon's body throughout the whole drama? What would happen? I mean will Na Bong Seon have her body back or will the ghost start a new life as Na Bong Seon. Someone please tell me!!
