I'm actually a bit busy right now. Since I'm going back to my home country next week, I need to prepare my luggage etc. I just bought the flight ticket yesterday after roaming all of the airlines I can think off to look for the cheapest flight. I also need to meet my academic advisor since I'm going to apply leave of absence at my uni.

It's winter right now here, and I got 1 month of holiday between semester. Well, nothing to do on holiday, just watching drama and movies, meet friends to watch the new release movie on cinema and stuff XD How about yours? Are you already going back to school?

For tearjerker, I think only few movies can beat A Moment to Remember. That movie is masterpiece, really. And if I remember correctly, there will be a US remake for A Moment to Remember with Katherine Heigl as the main lead. I just hope that they don't destroy the movie, because usually remake, just like sequel, is less better than the original. :(

Does anybody know where to read the manga?
The manga hasn't been translated to English, so you can't read it anywhere...

I haven't watched both version of the original drama. Though I have watched another drama that has the same main actor as The Crying Out Love, In the Center of the World. The drama called Byakuyako, it's an awesome drama, the story is heart-wrenching, violent yet very beautiful.

Actually, at first my mom can't play any musical instrument, but since both of my sister and me start learning piano very early, my mom has to come to our piano course as well, to help us understand on how to play piano, that's why, my mom can play a bit now. But my dad really has no talent at music at all.

Oh wow, you and your bro must really like woodwind instrument!! Did you learn by yourself or go to some course? I have never seen people play piccolo...

My sisters and me really likes classical music, since it's the first music genre we learn, and pop. Although I don't have any preference in music, it doesn't matter what kind of music genre it is as long as I like it :D

Yeah, Mulan was a really good movie. I thought that it will be a very sad movie since there's some comment mention that they're crying while watching it, but thankfully, it isn't. I think this movie is a great addition to the romance of the three kingdoms genre.

I have already watched My Girl and I, and I remember that it's a sad movie since I'm crying while watching it. But I can say that it's pretty good movie even though I haven't watch the original version (Japanese movie).

The only woodwind instrument I can play is recorder. I only can play keyboard instrument. I used to learn a bit of flute since my sister can play flute, but I've already forgot anything related to that now. Me and my older and younger sister can play musical instrument. I can play piano, organ, recorder, melodica. My older sister can play what I can play plus viola and flute, while my little sister also can play what I can play plus violin. Ah, I do learn quite a bit of guitar though. Even my mom can play a bit of piano. How about your family?

Everything in Australia is expensive. The fee for 1 subject in my uni for international student this semester is AUS$3,280 and the fees are increasing every year. So, I have to spent around AUS$12,000 per semester... so expensive... =.=

True, for my home country, which is Indonesia, a degree is highly recognized here. I'll probably get a job much more easier in my home country than in Australia, since all of my friends, who already graduated and go back to Indonesia, got a job within 1-2 months.

Live in Style... I think it's okay, not that good, but not that bad either, though I can't say much about it since I only have watch the first 17 episodes and it's already a few months ago since I watched episode 17. From what I remember, this drama has lots of cheek kissing lol xD

Bedevilled? Argh, I hate those gory movies >.< The only gory movies I can watch until finish is I Saw The Devil. From what I have seen, gory movies are all about, cutting your hands, feet, fingers, stab your stomach, smash the head with something hard, etc. I really can't watch those gruesome stuff =.=

I don't think the unemployment rate in Australia is high, though, for international student, it is harder for us to get a job here. Looking for part time job is okay, but for full time job, they usually prefer to employ people who is Australian, or have a permanent residence (PR). I still don't have job now, though I've come to the interview few times...

Kimi ni Love Song wo? Is it any good? The synopsis doesn't say much about the movie and why it has tragedy genre on it. And true, Koizora is a tragic but touching movie. The movie also open my mind about how serious is those trials, especially for women. I cried a bucket when watching this movie... T.T

I only watch The Host this week. The only reason I watched it because I found out that the movie is the highest grossing South Korean movie of all time. It's really good though, the special effects and the monster is really well done.

Yeah, that's why I'll probably just watch the currently airing drama. Besides watching drama, I usually read light novel online, since reading light novel doesn't use up much internet usage. I'm currently looking for job now, I hope to get one soon.

Ah, so Mulan < A Moment to Remember... I just hope I'm not crying when watching that movie then since I'm very easy to cry even though I'm a guy... oh my... >.< But I do still like to watch sad movies/drama lol

I see, I never challenged myself, like you, to watch drama or movies. Is it fun? lol xD But when looking at your challenge for next month, athletic... isn't that hard to find movie for those genre? Even I only know one movie... O.o

That's great! I'm jealous! Everything's expensive here in Australia. The limit of the internet in my house is 20GB and that 20GB is for 4 people. So I only can use 5GB more or less. Not enough for me on holiday time =.=

You can still watch the 80s-90s movie? For me, I can't watch it anymore now, unless the actor is Jackie Chan or Jet Li or Tokusatsu movie/drama. Even if the story is really good, I just can't watch it because it's just... old XD

Ah, Mulan, after I check it, I think I'll try to watch it sometime since Zhao Wei's in it! I have watch few movies with Zhou Wei in it and all of them is great :D By the way, is the movie really really sad? Since it's tragedy..

Oh yeah, how do you decide the movie you are going to watch every month? Just pick any random movie that suits the genre for each month? Or you have decide that you're going to watch those movies for that month ages ago?

Aargh, can't use internet for the last 3 days because the internet usage already reach the limitation =.= But fortunately, today is the start of the month, so I can use the internet again! :D

I haven't watch any drama! Gonna start watching soon! The last drama I watched before I can't used the internet is Shark. That drama is pretty good although sometime the story can be really slow.

Actually, you can read the light novel here:
http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Mahouka_Koukou_no_Rettousei
You actually can find another light novel in that website. Those website contain many light novel that has been translated from Japanese to (mainly) English.

Oh wow, July gonna be a sad month for you?! Watching tragedy movie for the entire month XD I only has watched 4 movies from your movie challenge list, which is Koizora, My Girl and I and both Umizaru movies. Those 4 are awesome.

Yeah, I got my motivation back for playing piano after watching Secret. I used to play piano until 3.5 years ago, can't play piano again since I have to study abroad and there's no piano in my place. I really love the piano battle scene XD They are so cool lol

Ah, Tada, Kimi Wo Aishiteru? I really wanted to watch that as well since I heard that the movie is really sad.

For now, I'm putting on hold for watching drama since I found an interesting light novel called Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei. I have been reading it from 2 days ago XD

Haha... So true! I wish I had photographic memory! With that I can recall everything I have seen, so what I need is just see XD

Eerr... yeah, some variety show is like reality show, but since it's funny, I think it's fine. Try to watch Running Man, it's really funny and even in few episodes, it looks like a movie XD Or you want to try watch We Got Married, the make-believe couple show.

Secret... I really love the soundtrack on that movie. And there's even the famous scene from that movie XD I wish I can play piano that well like Jay Chou :P

Me too, I just finished my exam yesterday morning and now waiting for my result to come out next month. LOL I know! I have this friend of mine who only start studying 1 day before the exam and always got higher marks than me who start studying like a week before... I sometimes jealous with their brain capacity -.- I wish I was born with that kind of brain...

I see, I'll try to watch Queen of Ambition later after I catch up with all the airing drama that I watched. Did you watch any Asian variety show? Like Running Man?

Oh hey! Watch Jay Chou's Secret! That movie is awesome! I really love everything that that movie has! I wished every movie is like that lol XD

Wow, the story looks quite interesting though, and looking at the cast, there's Soo Ae! Gonna give it a try after my finals :D By the way, is Yunho's acting any good? I keep hearing that he's not a really good actor... I only watched 1 of his drama, Poseidon, and his acting there is so-so, moreover he only appear in few episodes... >.<

Tokyo Park is a good movie, I give it 7/10. But you might not like it (or find it boring) though, since the movie is kind of bland because it lack anything resembling urgency or edge despite its outdoor sequences. And there's 1 character (Igawa Haruka's character) that didn't talk at all... But beside that, the rest is good though :D

Argh... my exam... I got 3 finals and I'm not really confident in 1 of them, since the subject is pretty hard >.< That's why I'm studying starting today and not gonna touch any drama or movie as well...

Nice! I have watched those 3 drama except Queen of Ambition. Innocent Man is my favourite even though King2Hearts & That Winter, The Wind Blows is very good too. I plan to watch Missing You after my finals XD Hows Queen of Ambition? Is it not that great compared to Innocent Man, King2Hearts & That Winter, The Wind Blows?

35 minutes movie? Wow! That's really short for a movie! Is it good?

I actually plan to watch Shark and I Hear Your Voice after they finished airing, but I just can't resist the temptation of watching it after reading the comments of people who has watched it and saying that the drama is awesome. >.<

LOL me too, I have finals on 17, 19 and 21 June >.< 3 exams in 1 week period!! AAARGH!! Not gonna watch any new movies or drama in the mean time... Tokyo Park probably the last movie I watched until I finished my exam >.<

Thanks~ You too, gud luck for your exam on Tuesday and Friday! :D

Nowadays, I tend to like watching melodrama drama, since usually melodrama drama has a great storyline compare to normal drama/romance genre. That's one of the reason why I watched "Shark" even though it's still airing. Recommend me some melodrama drama when you found a good ones!! :D

Ah, me too, I have to start studying for my final exam now >.< I have exam the week after next week. I hate studying >.>

I Hear Your Voice only has 2 episodes so far, so I can't say much, but from those 2 episodes, I can say that I like the pace of the drama, not dragging at all. The story itself is pretty interesting. I just hope that they will keep the pace of the drama :D

Oh wow, that's awesome! Now I really wanted to watched World's Weirdest Weather >.< But is it possible to watch that online? =.=
I usually watched drama based on the genre and story. I like Mystery, Thriller, Medical genre, but I will also check the story, if the story is not good or not really interest me, I'm not going to watch it. But sometimes, when I'm getting bored watching those genre, I usually pick the drama based on the actor and of course, I'll check the story before watching it. That's the reason why I rarely have to drop a drama XD What kind of genre do you like? Looking at your list, I think we like different genre lol

Tornado Alley?? Wow! That's in the States right? I wish I can go there XD But really, I think the description your friends gave you is really suitable for you lol

Dante's Peak? That's one of my fav as well! I also like The Day After Tomorrow & 2012. World's Weirdest Weather? Never heard of it, gonna check it later.
It's the other way around for me. I used to be a movie-goer in the past I watch lots of movie regardless what the genre is, I even wrote a review each time I finished watching movies. But, I switched to drama around 3 years ago (I think?) after I watched IRIS & City Hunter XD

If you are curious about my movie review, I wrote it here:
http://community.flixster.com/user/husky10000years
not a long review, but I wrote review for almost all of the movie I watched at that time. But not anymore for now. I just rated it for now :P

Nice, for me, I have interest in anything related to natural disaster, that's why I would like to experience it and that's one of the reason I like disaster movie/anime/manga :D
That major is kind of new for my uni here, so not many students here know it... -.-
:o So, shift manager is like a supervisor? Awesome!
You prefer to watch movies than drama? Looking at the "challenge", all of them is for watching movies XD
