I tend to like the daily and weekend K-dramas better than the limited 8-16 episode ones. There needs to be time to tell the story properly and I don't think the limited series ones ever do a good job because they pack so many of the same tropes into each one.

However, even the daily and weekend ones can start off strong and lose their way toward the middle and end. Almost as if the writer(s) lose focus.

I don't like seeing a baby taken away from its mother unless the circumstances are really bad. In this case, the Hans were right to take the baby and the Jins were right for letting them.

SJ has always seemed to not give up on her sister but she should have exposed her earlier and gotten mental health treatment much sooner.

NY does need the mental health intervention. But not from SJ or WR they are too close and targets of her. Her family is dysfunctional so, I don't know if how they would be encouraged to help her get help with the mom she has.

NY is certainly different after birth and waking up. She went from her usual nasty sneering at SJ and eye rolling at her mom to fearing that she would lose the baby at divorce trial to thinking maybe SJ wanted to take her baby from her. In the previews to me she had looks of fear and paranoia on her face. I think she already had depression and personality disorder.

Well, I was not expecting that confrontation at the end today. SJ just laid it all out for WJ.

I really do hate one-sided writing that goes on so long only to have everything switch in the last episodes. It is more frustrating than entertaining to watch.

Believe it or not I am watch The Brave Yong Su Jeong and it is worst than this one. Unrealistic, with people getting away with murder and the police are never ever called no matter what happens. Attempted murder, kidnapping, breaking. In the few instances the police show up they are totally incompetent.
