It does appear there may be some writing holes in how everything went down.

I thought in Korea someone in the family always had an official copy of the family register for various reasons. Since she had 2 adopted kids would she have needed that even more?

I hope Seon Young does not withdraw the lawsuit in some misguided attempt to protect Suji from further emotional hurt. I know she has heard Suji say some harsh words about her but that is because Suji does not know all the information and the truth that she did not abandon her. Without all the information, of course, Suji is resentful and it's understandable.

All of Korea including Suji's adopted family needs to know the truth concerning her adopted mother's devious and despicable behavior. I would hope the lawsuit would bring all that out and leave no doubt about what a piece of crap that woman is.

There are so many children that deserve a family. I'm in Texas and there as so many children the state agency overseeing them cannot place them all even with a foster family. They have them living in office spaces and hotels. The state agency is so taxed they are under court supervision. This is just one state in one country. Imagine the need worldwide.

They will probably break it off due to the shock of events about to unfold. That does not mean they will stay apart. But things will have to be figured out before they get back together. A break up due to some issue followed by the couple getting back together is quite common and part of the drama in K-dramas. Of course a break up does not have to happen either.

No one in the family knows what Yun Ja did except now NY? And NY seem disgusted. Wonder how the rest will react?

Unfortunately it's a K-drama. The specialty is dragging issues out.

Well, time to break up the couple. They have been together for almost an entire episode so naturally, in K-drama land, some issue or even a nonissue has to happen to break them.

She is too young. The United States Census Bureau defines baby boomers as people born between mid-1946 and mid-1964.

He is her fresh start.

NY is going to end up pregnant. Even if she has to fake it I bet. I don't see her letting HS go under any circumstances now. He might think later he can break up with her.

I have no respect for the WC character. He allowed his sister to bully him into a relationship he clearly does not want and he doesn't have enough respect for the teacher to tell her he is not in to her. He will have to do a 180 and stand up for himself before I would consider him a good match for SY.

From the preview it did not look like she was just using WR. I hope not. But the previews can always be misleading and she may be talking about being sincere about something else.

This is why I was worried about Jin-tae and Seon-young being seen as close by her. Neither of them are doing anything wrong at this point as just friends. But it does not matter when Mi Ra is going to perceive things her own way and already does not listen to Jin-tae when he tries to tell her it's over and he wants to move on from their present life. She is gonna cause drama Seon-young does not need right now trying to force Jin-tae to stay put.

I thought when she went to check the family register both kids were on there but SJ was not. Does being on the family register mean they were legally adopted? I don't how it works in Korea.
