There are 3 types of mdl synopsis. 1) Completely off topic/ doesn't make sense 2) a literal synopsis where they even disclose the secret hidden and last one 3) an almost accurate synopsis (which is really rare.).

If you look closely Iqiyi usually gives the total episodes by including the preview videos for to be aired dramas. As of now 11 clips are already up there. So I guess I would be 36 unless they have revised it after the last censorship.
