I went to Korea after I graduated university - there are a lot of programs that can help you get jobs, but you need a degree.
However, I've met a lot of people who have done study abroad programs here.
Do a lot of research and talk to your family - I know all too well that love and support makes a huge difference when you're half a world away.
It's a bit long and cheese-ball, but hope that helps! ^^
