Yes I feel the same about the end. I wish they could extend to at least another episode to see people dealing with the aftermath. Felt really rushed at the end. Like every other battles had like the reunion and resolve period, while the biggest one at the end just felt super rush. These dramas always tend to do that. I love the drama overall but yeah wish it gives more time for closing all the knots.

I’m really curious to understant XQ’s plan at the river to stop the enemy troop. The episode just goes by so quickly I don’t think I fully understand it. Was she gambling on the general not going to try to pass the river? If he passed, would she have a back up plan?
Can anyone help explain what is actually happening in term of like the sudden attack? I mean shouldn’t they always be prepared that the enemies could come in different directions? Why the struggle? Also, is XQ’s hometown now part of Wei clan? I’m just very confused because all the different clan names then town names lol.
