i haven't quite delved into the dark and thriller jdrama scene except for Alice in Borderland. so i figured it's time to focus on them a little more than kdramas. lo n behold the first thing someone on Reddit recommended was Gannibal---- and i am shocked, baffled and stunned at how fkn epic it is!!!!!! goodness gracious the raw, potent fear every scene strikes in you, the cinematography, the dark beauty of nature just tremendous.
let's just say i am grateful i watched it in 2025 cuz the ending will fk u up specially when folks been waiting since 2022.
if you know more dark, disturbing jdramas please throw them bricks my way
You're not alone with your confusion... I found the policeman's story the most confusing. I can't remember why…
ahhhhhhh dayum! wow u are incredible! as u were saying things i kept getting the flashbacks and yep yep it all make sense! right. but still ya know they kept his stuff with a certain level of vagueness and upto speculation meanwhile everyone else had their story told fully albeit briefly or quickly. but hey thank you!!!!!

yeah the glasses thing is him trading his soul and being the next light shop keeper or whatever whatever...
oh so he was chasing someone? anything about the wife ---? nothing right. his stuff is very vague and idk why it's explained so half heartedly n then the final scene of connecting it with Moving (pretty good kdrama right there)
but hey thanks for explaining it although i am more confused why they so stingy with his story n details😆

ohmygod yes yes yes this this!!!! he was one of the earlier patients in that ICU yet he had nothing going on with the bus situation. seemed like he was in that hospital for a while. i am so confused, read somewhere that his story was revealed in ep 6. chile i went back and rewatched ep 6. is his stuff left for speculation or what? cuz everything else was explained right down to a t! i have tried reddit too n again it's pure speculation. some said he was involved with gambling debt issues and i am like bitch where is all this?? i have an itch in my brain since i ended the drama!!!!!!!
for crying out loud can someone please help clear the detective's story for me please?😠how did he end up at the hospital? what happened to his wife? what's his story prior to him landing in the light shop. i feel like i watched the whole thing but his story remains unclear or am i dumb😠or did i miss something. all i know is he was miserable n the miscarriage
goddamn that's one cruel ass drama. it was effing brilliant by my goodness it makes u cry, terrifies you and absolutely obliterates you. poor hyunmin's fate
one thing you can always believe in -- Korean minds will never cease to amaze you with their concepts and takes on things. this was just a beautiful take on the morbid and the macabre.
the gasp i gusped the scream i scrumpt yes u are damn right I just finished ep 4 cuz wtf??
honestly i have been sitting on this drama for a while now cuz i kept seeing reels and all marveling at its production and shiz so i went in completely blind solely believing it's a horror.
you gotta give it a minute because it's a jumble and mishmash of everything but goodness the ----
add in the fact I am a sucker for Ju Ji Hoon (KINGDOM SUPREMACY) and I absolutely adore Park Bo Young and this probably wasn't gonna disappoint although it took its sweet ass time.
poor baby. just stunned and absolutely rocked with what transpired with her. she's just 26 and to go through such an extreme and intense physical ailment--- she was completely lifeless. and then to discover all that she has suffered and still struggles with... i am just.. can't wait to see her happy and thriving again💕

BUT i needed to see Kang Ki Young in such a scary, evil role. Now THAT'S range, baby! he's an incredible actor, he stole the show for sure.
