Honestly can't believe i finally finished this. It was such a boring and insanely yawn inducing, one note act that despite my intense love of NY, I was like damn when will this be over. Also surprisingly, the acting was so mediocre? Nadech is playing this one note angry, sexist pig who yells, that's it. What's with those awful and horrid faces he made throughout ?! So unnerving. Yaya is Yaya though she delivers in that one scene.
Regardless, still love them. Really want to see them in a modern drama. Again, I am glad i finally finished it after months.
He's an utter psycho with a very miserable past but in his own weird way he loves her? Anyhoo, she figures out his lies and manipulations n then dumps his ass. Leaves. But in those final scenes, they both ACTED. The actor plays such a good sinister human, it's chilling at times.
i loooooove romance but wow, i so agree! very cute, but still so boring. expected at least SOME real emotional…
i SKIPPED,alright. Fast forwarded it all cuz after they found eachother, there was... nothing? They kept showing the same scenes again and again with just a little added context, which honestly wasn't serving any purpose except amping up the sweetness.
I am used to the mad chaos of lakorns and the pointless angst of kdramas :D so this was just nothing happening here.
A toothachingly sweet drama. Loved the hero and the locations drove me mad!!! The cinematography is beautiful.
But GOD it was overly dragged and rather bland. There isn't much plot tbh, nothing is explored, just the mundane existence (which i don't mind but 30 episodes of 45 minutes is a tad too much)
I went in wanting to enjoy another nice and short cdrama. Never did I imagine it would be so unsettling and dark because you don't expect this stuff from cdramas. Lakors, kdramas, english and foreign series, sure but nah uh, not our chinese boos. That blurb doesn't clue you in about the magnitude of it all.
But these actors were brilliant. The storyline was so good and decently executed. So grateful they didn't drag it out and kept everything going in a good pace.
Oooofh terrifying concept. I enjoyed this one though yes it did get a tad draggy and I found myself disconnecting often. Also the level of addiction the FL had was rather surreal but hey, that's how some people are.
It had mad potential honestly because the acting, cinematography and everything is stellar. But it felt too rushed and disconnected. The characters could have been explored more. The FL was intriguing until she wasn't, I needed to know more about what makes her her. The ML should have gotten a more in-depth analysis cuz honestly when you begin watching, it is so good. Then it sort of goes downhill.
Watched this last year when it came because hello??? Wi Ha Joon! It was already spoiled for me and I kinda also got the vibe but dear lord I loved this drama. Wi Ha Joon carried this drama SINGLEHANDEDLY. Yep I said what I said. K was magnificent. Ofcourse Lee Dong Wook holds his own.
Female lead was absolutely big no and terrible casting choice.
Watching this drama for the 3rd time. This one has my heart and it is the best when you want a good laugh and time. Absolutely LOVE Lee Yi Kyung and the entire ensemble cast is the best!
Yaya is Yaya though she delivers in that one scene.

This drama truly crushed me. Song Hye Kyo ATE! What a performance!!
Although the nauseating anxiety that engulfed me when her mother came. Ooooofh.
