So are MarkOhm not becoming an official ship/couple anymore, since there is no merch for them in the latest GMMTV…
Merch is only released for couples who have previously starred as main leads in their own series or for new couples whose series as main leads are currently airing. Since MarkOhm's series hasn’t released yet, they don’t have their own merch. But once it airs, they’ll get theirs too! 🥰
It seems Mark said thay have 3Qs left. So in total it should have 24Qs...
Actually, they have a different production team, The team behind "My Stand-in" . Now I am not sure how many Qs did My stand-in had, but that can be a reason for relatively less number of Qs compared to any other GMMTV show. I don't think that it will affect the number or duration of EP, because they are gonna release the UNCUT version on iQIYI, So they should have filmed enough for that.
"It also sheds light on people who see same-sex relationships as mere fiction, like Teerak’s dad. He was shown…
I know that in Thailand, most people have the progressive thinking you’re talking about. However, I’m speaking as someone from a different region where people are still narrow-minded, and same-sex relationships are not widely accepted. It’s not easy to come out to parents. As I said, it’s a whole process that takes time, understanding from both sides, and gradual acceptance.
I don’t agree with the idea that “this portrayal may actually put LGBT kids in abusive situations and cause harm.” The series is simply depicting a part of reality that many people around the world face when they come out to their parents. I appreciate the realistic portrayal in the series, and I also hope that one day, everyone around the world will have the progressive mindset you’re describing and will be able to accept it as easily.
For me, the “all families are accepting” trope feels too unrealistic and idealistic. It’s far away from the reality faced by many people in different parts of the world.

Everything you’re saying is about the progressive thinking that is needed in society regarding same-sex relationships, whereas I’m talking about the reality. I know that parents should accept their child for who they are. Sometimes, though, what they do—thinking it’s for their child’s happiness—can end up hurting them. However, I’m focusing on the fact that not everyone in society is that open-minded yet.
As I said, coming out is a process that takes time, understanding from both sides, and gradual acceptance. Most BL/GL dramas, however, tend to skip that part. Once the characters come out, the parents often immediately say things like, “I love you for who you are” or “You’re still my child.” But it’s not always that simple. I know that many parents today have progressive mindsets and can accept it easily. However, there are still many for whom it’s a big deal, and it takes a lot of time and effort. For example, if I decided to come out to my parents, I already know it would be a heated situation, and it would take them a long time to come to terms with it.
Also, I understand that Teerak’s parents are in the wrong here. They said they were “disappointed,” and his father struggled to accept it at first. But that’s the reality many people around the world face when they come out. This is why I appreciate the realistic portrayal in this series. I hope you can understand what I’m trying to say. I also hope that one day, everyone around the world will be able to accept it as easily as you’re saying. But for now, the reality is still far from that ideal.
For your information, in the novel, there’s a reason why Teerak’s dad can’t easily accept him dating a man. That reason is tied to his childhood friend. I don’t know if they decided to leave that part out of the series, but I hope they include it so that fans can understand his perspective better.
I absolutely loved this episode, probably my favorite one so far. I really appreciated how they stayed true to…
Also, who is playing the role of Teerak’s mom? She absolutely deserves an award for her acting! That was one of the best coming-out scenes I have ever watched. I truly wish we could see more scenes like this in other BL/GL dramas.
I absolutely loved this episode, probably my favorite one so far. I really appreciated how they stayed true to reality. Coming out to parents isn’t as easy as it’s often portrayed in dramas. It takes time, gradual understanding, and, ultimately, acceptance. It’s a whole process, and it’s not always as simple as hearing, "I love you for who you are." It also sheds light on people who see same-sex relationships as mere fiction, like Teerak’s dad. He was shown watching BL dramas, yet he only perceived them as part of a fictional genre. This is why he struggled to accept his own son dating a man. The scene where Teerak’s grandpa and mom explained things to his dad was absolutely AMAZING! OMG, I have no words 🥺 And those ending scenes where his dad finally accepted him, followed by that heartfelt family hug—it literally made me cry! 😭 I know today’s episode was very emotional, and some of you might even call it an “Episode 11 curse,” but the way they addressed all the issues was absolutely perfect. For me, this episode is my favorite ❤️ This drama has won my heart in every possible way 😭
Tbh JJ deserves a Main lead! I know Pepper has left the company, So there is nothing much to hope for. So now I am manifesting for KayJJ, Both of them really deserve the Main role. 🤞❤ Or Maybe Main leads for Het shows, if they aren't willing to do a BL
I don't think that there is a hurry for "Love of Silom", I heard that it will air in early 2026. So there is still a lot of time. Though I heard that the first project from YYDS for 2025 will be "Boys Lost in Thailand", a TV show, That is also gonna be directed by Pepzi, So maybe that will be the next project for Pepzi.
