i'd say the (somewhat) 'open ending' and the last scenes with the police dudes whose names i keep forgetting are really good set ups for a s2. but then again it's a chinese bl so i wouldn't set my hopes too high TT

Next to the top tier acting of Santa & Perth (in all eps, but especially) in ep 8 i really love the script. Sodchuen & Jee always check in with Pobmek, and him being so honest about his emotions which he feels guilty about but then again Jee & Sodchuen validating them- i love this series

I genuinely love how they keep representing Solar's age regression not as like a thing "he just does sometimes" but as something that is there because of psychological reasons and (even if they don't mention is directly) is his brain & nervous system's way of surviving.
Solar pushing his stress and issues away and letting it build up, while Sun is the part that actually lets it out

MIN GETTING A MAIN ROLE??

The pilot gets filmed first, before they start filming the series, it's normal for scenes to not be in the series. While they could re-film scenes, they won't use the exact same scene.
Little tip bc u will meet a lot of disappointment: you can ofc hope for pilot scenes to be in the series, but unless they were also in the trailer (which is made after/during the series) don't think they will really be in there

Almost 2 years since i finished this and i still haven't found any good ones :,)

The concept is really good (I love fated soulmate stories) and the start of the series too, but they butchered the end in my (and many other peoples) opinion. I understand that they were trying to convey a message, but it just didn't deliver like they planned too, and it just kept dragging the story, next to plot holes. I understand ofc that there are ppl who like this but for me it's just a mess even tho it started really well :,)

I really like the concept and how it started, but it just kept turning worse for me to the point where i finished it just bc i cannot stand not knowing how series end :,)

Ghost aren't a smell you can become desensitised too. There are ppl that have been around cats their whole life for example but are still scared shitless. just because you would become desensitised, doesn't mean everyone would.

That's not really logicial tho. Ghosts in gsyfd mostly look like full corpses, esp the ones he sees suring the series. and even if they look like normal humans: it's exactly like some people are scared of some animals for example.
Spiders usually don't hurt you (until you approach them) (depends on where you live ofc), but often technically look cute. Ghosts can also look completely normal, but Pooh knows exactly that each of them *could* do something. Different from animals were only certain races could do something.
I understand what you mean, because in some series the person seeing the ghost acts like they are seeing one for the first time, but being scared everytime isn't unnormal.
