It had its ups and downs. But overall I enjoyed it. 24 episodes weren't exactly necessary, and the last episode felt a little bit too fan-servicey for my taste.
However, the amazing chemistry between the characters made me really really happy. Go watch it if you need something that makes your heart beat faster ;)
I remember when I started watching dramas... two of them were All In and Full House... AND GOD DAMN SHE WAS GORGEOUS... but look at her now... she didn't age at all... I like the fact that someone who is in her mid-30s looks this beautiful. Gives me hope... <3
Most dramas have usually a pretty slow start... but not this one.
I enjoyed every single second of the first two episodes. This show looks more than just promising... especially because of this surprising love story and bad-ass teacher Kim's fierce personality.
I really really liked her In Descendants of the Sun and Jealousy Incarnate. Hopefully, she will get a leading role soon. She's way too adorable to be support all the time.
I've seen the Japanese, the Taiwanese and the Korean version. I even read all manga chapters, and watched all anime episodes.
The Japanese one is without a doubt the best (The Taiwanese the worst). I've rewatched it five or six times. However, the Korean version has the pretty faces and a little bit more cheesiness... which is also really really nice. Yes, it is not as funny as the Japanese one. but it's still nice to watch (even multiple times), and as a huge fan of SS501 I completely enjoyed it.
It is certain that Boys Before Flowers is the perfect drama for beginners. So if you want to get into Korean stuff, you should start with this one.
I'm at episode 5 right now, and I just don't like Yang Yang's role. Why do girls think he's cool when he rejects other girls in such a rude way?! Not cool, just mean.
But I'll continue watching. Maybe there's some hope left for him...
*edit*
I'm at episode 20 right now, and I have to be honest... I don't understand the drama's high ratings. It's absolutely terrible. Why does Yang Yang always stare into space? It makes him look completely retarded. Zheng Shuang's dub is also horrible. And those inner monologues are way too long, and don't make any sense most of the time. Yes, all those kissing scenes are extremely cute, but the quality of this show is incredibly low. Plus... as someone who plays a lot of MMORPGs, I can't take this seriously... and why the hell do Er Xi's co-workers tell her to stay at home with a fucking scratch on her finger? Are you kidding me?
But at least the actors are pretty, and the music is also quite catchy.
Probably one of the best dramas I've seen in 2016. I loved every single character to the max. After watching two episodes, I wasn't even sure if I should continue. I'm so happy that I did. Almost everything about Drinking Solo is perfect. I cried, I laughed, and I will miss this drama more than any other show from 2016.

Please, don't mess this up. Keep the quality!
THE DRAMA PERFECTION.
Not that kiddy bullshit... this is what a girl with my age wants. Gosh... I'm in heaven... or hell... I can't decide...
