now that i've calmed down and analyzed things, i can't be too happy now. ZZS is gonna die faster... QAQ i guess ZCL and YBY doesn't know WKX's plan, and the plan is only between WKX and the Scorpion King. obviously, Shen Zhen doesn't know a dmn thing, unlike what Zhao Jing is accusing him lol. but, i think WKX deserves the pain after knowing ZZS is going to die faster. i mean, ZZS trusted him and all, but why can't he trust ZZS, telling him about the plan? he knows ZZS most of all people. ZZS can act scared even if he wants to laugh. so why WKX didn't believe ZZS can hide their plan? now, ZZS is going to die faster... dang it. i can't be happy now of WKX's return. ZZS...

and there goes Zhao Jing's drama again, pinning the crime on Shen Zhen helping the Ghosts (particularly WKX) so WKX is alive. Shen Zhen should be awake now like Scorpion King, of what Zhao Jing really is,

i guess after Scorpion King was disillusioned by Zhao Jing, he helped WKX and, in exchange (i am just guessing), Scorpion King will be replacing WKX as the master of the ghosts? since the Tragicomic Ghost is with Scorpion King's side now.

if you've noticed in the opening song, CL is with ZZS (who's dressed in black) and also Lord Seventh and Wu Xi (the Great Shaman). Wu Xi was checking ZZS's pulse, but ZZS doesn't want to. in the ep 32, ZZS drank all the medicines Wu Xi gave him to suppress the poison in his body because of the Nails. Wu Xi and Lord Seventh feared ZZS might suffer from a backlash because what ZZS did, drinking all the medicines in one go, is reckless.

same. the drama had made some changes in the novel, sigh. and i also saw a vid in YT about GX's part. she and CWN are about to get married and are already in their wedding clothes when CWN knelt before his master, then died. geez. that wasn't in the novel. the wedding is just about to happen.

ZZS is introduced in Lord Seventh as Lord7th's friend whom he wanted to drink with, but because of an order from Prince Jin - ZZS's boss and Lord 7th's brother (this is a spoiler in the novel lol), ZZS killed Lord 7th, making Lord 7th reincarnate for many times (to severe his thread of karma with Prince Jin), until Lord 7th is reborn in his world, and then his rebirth story started with Wu Xi, an insignificant person from his first life, but will be his significant other in this rebirth life of his - unexpectedly for him.
ZZS, basically, is a killing machine of Prince Jin. as explained in WOH, he wanted to do something, but then it turned out very, very wrong, as his work for Prince Jin made him (ZZS) defy his conscience and made him suffer guilt. ZZS snapped when Jiuxiao, his shidi, died in that rebellion against Prince Jin. and so, at the start of the novel, and the drama, ZZS resigned as the leader of the Tian Chuang.

but these characters will also be butchered in the drama. and since it is a drama, it'll be more dramatic, so it will be more painful for us and we are watching it. the pain... and the scene will definitely hurt us more than in the novel.
P.S.: the novel is short, and with CL's character being toned down... it is because he is just a secondary character. i dunno if the translation of the novel was already finished, but so far i haven't seen an extra with CL being mentioned lol. so, he's just a plot character, lol.

yeah. although, as far as i can remember in the novel, ZZS and WKX still haven't told ZCL that WKX is the Ghost Leader, as well as Ah Xiang as a Ghost, so ZCL might still have no idea about WKX and Ah Xiang's identities. but, ZCL is not as hopeless in the novel as he is in the drama. ZCL is smart in the novel. so, i guess he already could guess WKX and Ah Xiang's identities, but also, ZCL in the novel can differentiate black and white unlike the ZCL in the drama. so, there is no betrayal happening in the novel unlike in the drama.
P.S.: dramas usually have changes made in the novels. just like in The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty, which was also adapted from a danmei novel Fourteenth Year of Chenghua by Meng Xi Shi, Tang Fan in the novel is cunning and calm unlike the Tang Fan in the drama adaptation who is whiny and just a smart ass, such a gullible person.

Zhao Jing should know better who is the real mastermind behind the Zhang family's massacre, but Shen Sheng didn't (obviously Zhao Jing kept the truth from him since Zhao Jing is the biggest villain), thus, Shen Sheng only knows that WKX is the Ghost Leader, and he relayed it to ZCL. the problem is, Shen Sheng misunderstood that WKX has been deceiving ZCL because of the Lapis Armor, thus when he relayed the message to ZCL, the misunderstanding was also relayed. thus, ZCL harmed WKX, thinking he is avenging his family (since the Ghosts are the ones that killed the Zhang family, and WKX is their leader).
but this didn't keep me from being disappointed to ZCL. and yes, these so-caleld righteous factions are hypocrites. so, same here pal.

even though the drama closely followed the novel, but there are also some changes. like in ZCL, he didn't hurt WKX. until the end, he's in ZZS' and WKX's custody and not by the righteous sects. thus, he wasn't manipulated by these hypocrites.
