I've been thinking that I must be crazy to love his hands *swooning just thinking about them* Thank god there is someone else too! :)

This was my first gender bender drama and I was so disappointed that I dropped this drama half way (and it took over a year to be able to watch the ending) and made me avoid gender benders as if my life depended on it. Now, however, I like them and was able to finish this too, but still I can't understand why everyone else sees this as the best gender bender out there...?

Where can I watch this with english subtitles?

Well if you found the first two episodes boring then I think this isn't a drama for you, but the relationship and the chemistry between the characters will get better. I just finished it and liked it :)

The saddest song is Kim Hyun Joong's acoustic version of Because I'm Stupid from Boys Over Flowers. It's so beautiful and sad at the same time I have literally cried while listening to it.

Where can I watch Contract Lover?

I've seen all asian versions there are so far: korean, japanese, taiwanese and the chinese version. The japanese version is absolutely the best of them all and it has the only female lead (Inoue Mao) that I didin't find annoying. I find the taiwanese version the worst of them all, female lead was ridiculous at best, but Dao Ming Si made me watch both seasons... The chinese version is so different if you didin't know it was based on the same story you wouldn't realise it. But all in all it was good and entertaining.

I'm glad there's someone who likes Hideaki Ito too besides me :) I totally agree that he can do playful and 'normal' roles and then do a psychopath like Hasumi amazingly, while making it look easy, like they are a second him.... And he isn't bad looking either... *Swoon and sigh* In my opinion he's the best actor Japan has to offer. I'm still waiting for a second part for this movie... Hope there will be one :)

The best article I've read here! I totally agree with you and you saved my day, reading this helped! I am a Boys Over Flowers enthusiastic (I've seen all the versions) but I have to admit that the same things bothered me and I almost dropped Hana Yori Dango after Tsukasas amnesia....
As for Hiro.... Why did you die??? I watched the movie but haven't been able to recover from my cry attack to watch the drama.. Maybe time will heal my scars....
