Totally understand that. I was hoping during that last episode that maybe when Deuk Pal "passed on" that his soul would entire someone else's body that passed away at that moment.
So then Yi Heon would be back in his body and Deuk Pal would be alive too. 🤷‍♀️

I know a lot won't like the ending, but for me I loved it.
Yi Heon had already decided that he was tired of living when he jumped off the bridge, his soul needed that closure that Deuk Pal gave him.
And for those who saying Yi Heon didn't come back, he was always watching, that's why he knew leaving his body to Deuk Pal would be the right choice. Deuk Pal wanted to live, Yi Heon did not.
I would highly recommend this series.
