No, I dropped Under the Queen's Umbrella after the first episode as it didn't grab me, so I don't remember if he was in that episode or not (?). But I saw him in My Roomate is a Gumiho and Cheer Up. Didn't like him in either. Bland, young looking, an average actor, IMO, and not remotely how Kang Tae Ha is portrayed in the webtoon. May actually give the first episode of this a try tho as I just noticed Jin Kyung is in it and I love her! Maybe he'll surprise me???

He's also not a child, unlike the actor portraying him (25 looks like he's 18). It's an "avoid" for me sadly, as the webtoon is excellent, but this one is severely miscast.

Was looking forward to this until it was announced Bae In Hyuk was the ML. Completely miscast if you've read the webtoon (he looks like he's 18 years old). Another K-drama to avoid then. Annoying.

FL is terrible. ONE facial expression the whole way through -- completely blank. The drama itself is well written, Kim Dong Wook is always excellent, and so are most of the supporting actors, but the FL makes this one hard to watch. Found myself fast forwarding thru most of her scenes.

Unfortunately, Jin Ki Joo has one facial expression the whole way through -- blank. (Look at her photo on this page -- THAT"s what she looks like throughout every darn episode). As though she's an imbecile. Loved the first half, but her poor acting skills destroyed the second half for me. A pity so many Korean directors go for looks before they go for the ability to actually act. Will be avoiding anything she's in in future. Talentless. EDIT: Remembered she's also in Secret Life of My Secretary, Hated her so much in that I dropped it midway.

Agreed to some extent, but this one is one of the worst I've watched in a long time.

It was truly terrible. I originally gave it a 6 but have just dropped it to a 4 as the more I thought about how much of a ripoff it was from the work of so many other much better directors, and with no substance at all in either plot or performances, it pissed me off more and more.

I was looking forward to this but, good God, NO.

It's the same story, same premise but, like I said, MDL has all their information wrong. Like always. Including the translation of the plot.

Currently called Family Planning, and she has been confirmed by her agency as "considering the role" this week.

It's the same show (read the premise), it's just MDL with their usual garbage plot translations and incorrect information about people involved in it.

The sign of a sinking ship when even the ML can't stand the drama. A drama sinking in the ratings too :)

Loved this from beginning to end. Main leads are fabulous with superb interactions between them, supporting characters are interesting, the plot is well written and every episode is fast-paced. Went into it not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Recommended. Particularly if you like the type of relationship that grows from animosity and very slowl turns into love.

Same. I usually avoid everything Jo Bo Ah is in. Then I confirmed how much she can't act when I struggled thru first 3 episodes of Destined with You. I was looking forward to this one since it was announced at the beginning of the year, but now not so much.

Wow, what a dumb comment. I'm in a relationship with someone who is 12 years my senior, who I first met when I was 14. Dated for 5 years from when I was 20 to 25, and now been married for 17 years. Two kids, 1 dog, 2 cats, pretty much perfect marriage. So bizarre that anyone thinks "age gaps" are "problematic". How old are you? 12, with no life experience at all?

I didn't expect this to be my cup of tea at all. But the first episode was excellent :)

This one is fabulous. Interesting premise, great cast with superb performances so far, and very funny in parts. Looking forward to how this develops.

Because it's funny to watch people like you getting bent out of shape over someone else's opinion about a bad actress. 😂😂😂

Except most of South Korea is agreeing they can't act. They are being slammed all over SK forums and the drama is plummeting in the ratings it's that bad.
