So, JTBC actually released the apology in Arabic. Are they pushovers or something? Apology or not, literally nothing…
They are also still attacking the actor who played Samir. Thousands of comments every hour threatening him not only with death but with "we will stop any producer from ever hiring you again. Your career is over".

I mean imagine that poor guy, he must have been so happy to get that part, and you could tell he had a fabulous time playing it. Now he has tens of thousands of Arab terrorists and yeah, that's what they are, threating his livelihood and his life.

Makes me want to cry for him.

Disgusting behavior from a class of people who are worse than sub-human.

Yeah I used the term sub-human yesterday as anyone who threatens the lives of actors over a drama should be walled off from the rest of us. But I think that term isn't even strong enough.

I'm telling you it will be a cold day in hell before I pay for, watch, read, eat, listen to anything from an Arab country again.

Arab K-drama "fans" should also be shunned by the rest of us as they all are in one of two camps a) threatening the lives of actors or violence against JTBC or b) whining about how they don't support that behavior but doing nothing to stop it. You don't speak out you're complicit, IMO, and as much to blame.

And it will continue. Arabs en masse have proven themselves to be some of the most insane, most terroristic people on the planet. The harassment and abuse won't stop until JTBC shuts down comments on their social media accounts and ignores them. People this insane will find another thing to be outraged about next week if JTBC simply ignored them.

They should. And they should also delete the ratings for unaired episodes. It’s not fair at all.
I don't understand how the website allows 'Completed' ratings for a drama that still has 8 episodes to go? That's a badly-coded website, IMO, and should never be allowed.

Your people literally made everyone despise Arabs because they keep harassing the actors and say racist remarks.…
Thank you for saying that. Now that's a comment I can agree with.

Although I would love to disagree... It's actually true. If we ignore them, they will lose relevancy as no one…
Problem is they are engaging each other, tens of thousands of them and it is showing no sign of slowing down. Otherwise I would agree with you

Guys the constant complaining about the behaviour of the Arab protestors is starting to get just as annoying as…
It would be nice if they stopped but no they haven't. now they are demanding every scene featuring Samir be deleted because according to them an apology isn't enough. And did I mention the threats of violence and death threats the actors are still getting all over social media. Despicable people who deserve exactly the response they are getting.

they won't stopapology was not the way to do it. this is insane! and i can't believe it's 2023 and we are seeing…
The Arab trolls have done irreperable damage to their own community/countries with this. Doubt they will be too popular with millions of South Koreans or any South Korean actor after this either.

I mean what actor with any common sense would interact with the Arab community if they might get a avalanche of death threats if they "offend" one of them.

There hasn't been any effort. Arabs are determined to paint themselves as the 'victims' so continue to allow the huge harassment of the Korean actors. Even if they disagree with it, hardly any of them are saying anything against it.

Don't think many Korean actors will be too friendly to their Arab "fans" after this, as yeah Korean fans can be nuts, but this Arab abuse is on a whole other level of hate.

Yes, in 4 days the Arab world has gone from having a fictitious prince who was a funny sweet guy, to showing the world they are a culture of hate-filled, nasty, aggressive, trolls threatening the safety and lives of South Korean actors.

At this point the South Korean government should be looking at preventing Arabs from visiting SK, because if this is how they behave if they are "offended", they are too dangerous to be allowed in any civilized country.

No you don't have pride. You are nasty rude trolls threatening the lives of ACTORS.

Disgusting sub-human people who don't deserve any respect, because respect is earned. And this massive Arab temper tantrum over a fictitious prince has shown you for who you are -- people who don't belong in civilized society.

Yeah, bombing the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, bombing Paris many times, attack in Vienna a couple of years ago, murdering 12 journalists in Paris, bombing a German Christmas market, continual terrorist bombings in Israel and they're just the ones I can remember.

So Arabs threatening the lives of Korean actors via social media is just chicken feed compared to what they normally do.

Yeah they're not dropping it. Mark my words, it will be back to #1 when the next Netflix ratings come out.

I have many Russian friends and they're all the same. They just laugh when you criticize Russia or Russians, and then usually agree with you. Love it :)

They're the same people who bomb concert halls (Paris 2015), bomb cafes and restaurants (Paris 2015) and murder journalists because of a cartoon. (Paris 2015). Personally, I think they should be ignored by the rest of the world. Let them live their 13th Century lives away from civilized society.

Personally, I think the Korean studios should stop offering their dramas to Middle Eastern countries. Most of the rest of the world is in the 21st century but the Middle East is still living slap bang in the middle of the 13th Century. Civilized society should leave them there and stop interacting with them.

Someone in the comments said- "we arabs are proud and classy people..." well i won't call you all proud or classy…
There is a big reason Arabs have one of the worst reputations worldwide. Their behavior. Narcissistic doesn't even describe it. Toxic is probably the best word.

Easy to see why they are so disliked around the world, isn't it?
