The way how Ai was literally gutted by what she did. The way they couldn't stop crying. Ai couldn't even hold herself up. May, even though she was going through it too, had to be strong for the both of them to get through it. The way they held on to each other. When May called Ai-Oon's name! When Ai said, "I... I love you May" I couldn't take anymore. The tears alone was destroying me. They can never make me hate either of you.

Listen, one minute you think she's improving and then the next moment, she's giving you the dead eyes. I'm all for her improving and this isn't a diss to Charlotte but I've seen better acting from Dakota Johnson which isn't much.
