I think it's how it works. Both dramas were able to attract many sponsors. More sponsors automatically bring more ads which are very distracting to viewers. I'd prefer to see those budgets being used in higher production level. At least CMth actually had higher production level and also amount of ads in that drama didn't annoy me as much as here.
I could understand the different opinions and criticism. But why do some people continue to drag a totally different drama which is Cherry Magic TH many times here? This is comment section of MLMU. Even if it's bad opinions, we should talk about MLMU. What's worse is that it is not a praise, but saying it was as bad as CMTH ...as overrated as CMTH. I would hate it when my personal favourite drama is constantly dragged into other drama's comment section to shield its flaws.

In their second lifetime which is master-disciple arc, he still interfered it quite a lot (he even stole Lu Chang Kong's stories in that arc which it annoyed me). He also found out about how the primordial spirits work... so later he redeemed himself.

He continued to interfere in their second lifetime too. But, they tried to do his redemption arc at the end even though I am not really buying it. This drama would be so much better without SML.
