This was some damn good episode. Really well done. The flow of the scenes and acting deserve a praise and I have to say Mim is standing out to me the most. Things are heating up and I just can't wait for more. The production quality really is above other similiar shows. All that needs to be done is smooth 3 act and it lands on podium next to Pluto as the best GL series. At least for me.

I just realized that if the same director is making both Happy Ending and ClaireBell then there is really narrow window of opportunity to finish and release these two series before the end of the year. I assume Happy Ending should start production first since it was revealed earlier and seems to be more complexed productionwise plus I expect more than 8 episodes which ClaireBell supposed to have.

Oh and bye bye Vamp for a moment cause Mike and Jeff will be busy with this one for a while with all the promotion and fan meetings.

During conference when the pilot was released Jeff said she's neither from the real world nor the fictional one but she's important character. A diety of some kind maybe?

For some main actors/actresses it's their first acting project and they're super young, so they should be extra motivated to do a good job too.

Another GL another narcissistic, selfish parent/relative. Honestly these people don't deserve to be forgiven.

It might have been the thing from the start. Pilots always looks somewhat diferent than the finished product. Mike said after the pilot came out people were talking about the action but the series is primerily about love. That's why vampire theme in the first place because it's a representation of someone who lost his fist true love but have to keep living. Just like a vampire that is not fully alive or dead. He also said he doesn't want to put too much stressful plot into the show because real life is already stressful enough.

It might be surprise for many of you, like it was for me, but apparently this is going to be a romantic comedy. That's what Mike said in this interview:

Jeff said it himself that the series will probably come out at the end of this year. So it's gonna be a long wait anyway. That's the curse of thai pilots - they make you hyped and leave for a year with just few minutes of content.

The pilot looks like a combination of "W", Dreamcatcher's "Because" MV and Dune Part II.

It's quite surprising from the production standpoint. So they said they created screenplay first for 8 episodes then it was turned into novel, now we have pilot and the whole series coming sometime in the future.

For those who haven't seen it yet I recomment to check the casts pilot reaction. Kiss (Didi) is such an extra and her facial expressions are hilarious. She seemed so shoked about the slapping part:)

Episode count doesn't matter to me that much. 8 episodes have become more common in the show industry. If it's standard 1 hour long for each episode then the whole series is gonna have runtime of 4 movies. 8 episodes indicate to me the original writer/show creators might focus on one, two elements in stead of more like it sometimes happens in other GLs. Condensed, good story combined with high production quality can make the show shine like a little diamond in the GL world. For me example of such show (not GL) would be "Death's Game". Also 8 episodes.

I love the turquoise color pallete from this pilot . It's subtleness contrasts strongly with plot and action giving it uncunny almost magical atmosphere.

Finally something I am eagerly waiting for. Jisoo playing in kdrama set in modern times in series that is a romantic comedy. I think it suits her so well and honestly something she should start her acting career with. I disagree with those that think her acting is bad. She might not be the greatest but I remember that in Snowdrop her regular moments were ok but then she really pulled off the most dramatic and intense scenes like a pro.

For me even if might feel strange the best part of episdoe 4 was was preview of episode 5 mainly because I just now we're in this early stage when things are looking good but still no big event no big drama and breakthroughs. Now however is the time to deliver some feels and nice moments.
