We are using the version that aired first, which is the online version. The online version is 21 episodes with a duration of 10-12 minutes.
The 6-episode version is the version that aired on TV, which just combined the 21 episodes into 6 episodes.

Only episode 3 will air. Episode 4, which was suppose to air December 31, 2017, was pushed back a week to give time for the production team to work on the CG.

Edit: Episode 3 has been push back too. No episodes this week.

tvN has released a second apology through an official statement ahead of the second broadcast of the second episode.

They stated, “We would like to sincerely apologize for causing a disruption in episode 2 on December 24 as we experienced a delay in the computer graphics process. We would like to once more apologize to our viewers ahead of today’s broadcast of the finalized version of episode 2.”

The Korean wiki page states that it is 20 episodes, but no one is sure until the production company release the number of episodes.

Don't worry. This is the initial rating, not a lot of people rate the series after a couple of episodes, they usually wait for it to end or at least have half the episodes air.

Per what Soompi wrote, it did not air fully and the CG was not done properly cause they have not fully edited the episode.
