Hi, I'm one of the staff here.
I want to explain to you that you should not write a review before watching all of the episodes. It is against the rules. What I'm asking you to do is to delete the review (click on edit and you will find the delete button on that page), or copy it to the comments or the Episode Reviews or create a new drama discussion about why to watch it and then delete the review. So please follow the rules and after watching the whole drama you could freely write a review.

Users, please don't insult anyone's religion in the comment section. This is a drama/movie database, not somewhere to prove that X religion is wrong. Criticizing cultural appropriation and the poor depiction of your religion is okay, trying to prove that X religion/culture is wrong or attack it and its followers is something that is not acceptable and should not be here. Please speak politely to each other.
Update: MBC's apology at the beginning of episode 5 stating, "The Drama, Man Who Dies to Live, is a fictional story based on an imaginary country called 'Bodoantia'. Please be advised that all characters, names, places, and designation are entirely fictional.
MBC has no intent in defaming a particular religion and culture, the fictional depiction is solely for the purpose of character development within the drama. We ask for your kind understanding.
The controversial scenes have been removed from all services of IPTV, VOD, etc. MBC sincerely apologizes for any harm that may have been caused to the viewers in regards to the drama."

Languages: MDL is an English speaking site so please have simple courtesy and use English when communicating. With two exceptions: On your personal profile page; feel free to use any language you choose when communicating personally or if you want to use Asian characters to express a thought or two in a thread.
Cause wiki states,
"In order to circumvent Korean laws that prevent commercial breaks in the middle of an episode, what would previously have been aired as single 70 minute episodes are now being repackaged as two 35 minute episodes, with two episodes being shown each night with a commercial break between the two."
