Zouey Zouey Zouey.... WHY WHY WHY? Why did you have to do it? Was it fun? watching a brother grieve for his brother,…
I have found my people. I didn't like Zouey from the beginning and seeing his true colors...he really loved to act like he was so much better than the others. Captain, Porsche and First are hot messes but they genuinely tried to help Nont and at least they're all upfront about their assholery and not pretending to be a fucking saint. Every one of his morality rants makes me wanna ring his little pearl-bedecked neck.
Never forgetting or forgiving Zouey for watching Nont have constant breakdowns over his brother and just casually…
Thank you! This boy rode his righteous high horse the ENTIRE season while actively knowing this boy's brother was alive and right under their noses. I was so annoyed with his holier-than-thou attitude, even more so now that I know he pulled this shit.
Does anyone know what it meant? I think we'd gotten subtitles/explanations for others but not this one, unless…
I'm not even sure I have favorite couples in this series, just favorite boys lol everything is such a mess, I'm having a hard time actually rooting for them. Maybe Prom and Nont? I don't know lol
They are absolutely ALL masochists. Even the sadistic ones haha I'm looking at you First and Prom. And I completely agree with your take on Phop. He's also been through hell and his boyfriend may be nuts but he's sweet to him so there's that.
In any case, this is the Chaos Train and we're all prepared to ride to the final destination, no matter what hell, high water, ketchup toes, fashion faux pas, terrible English, or popcorn BJ's await us.

At this point, I really wouldn't be surprised by the writers making them all end game in weird or surprising ways lol I will put nothing past this team at all lol Every time I think it's definitely over for a pair, they spring back up in the next episode like the undead.
Phop is down bad for Nuth and we got a glimpse of the confrontation for next week and he seemed like he was more upset that Nuth didn't tell him something than he was about the content of the clip so I guess we'll see how that plays out.
I could honestly care less about Aob and Puen BUT it would be really nice to see Aob get a happy ending. That boy's been THROUGH it and I think Puen is the best thing that ever happened to him.

I may be weak but I'm not blind lol Captain's been as ass since day one and I really do hope someone spanks him. Or something of the sort...preferably Keen.
I think Keen is probably behind the video but I don't think that means they won't be endgame. Captain's expressed feeling guilty about what he did to Keen so I think he'd feel it was deserved, especially if Keen is willing to give him another chance. I don't think that's much of a stretch considering what these boys have been able to forgive so far (look at Jump and Porsche...lol)
I'm more worried about NuthPhop (I'm thinking one of them might die or Nuth's done something terrible) and AobPuen. They've both got such high walls and with the Jason drama, I just know someone is gonna end up dead.

That's totally valid. He's definitely a little monster who deserves whatever punishment is coming but I still love his sweet little face. Honestly, he could be the killer and I'd still find an excuse to defend him lol I'm weak
I just wanna pop in to praise the way they've been lighting my baby boy Captain in his bad boy moments. Those Chinese character light overlays are CHEF'S KISS! I could stare at him all day.

This is the kind of series you enjoy for it's visual beauty and depth. Like a tragic play, it fills you with sorrow, stokes your ire, reminds you of the messiness of being human, with all our tangled emotions and the inevitability of our choices, and fans the flames of hope. When it's over and the curtains close, it sits heavily in your chest and silently you tell yourself "I'm never putting myself through that again."
Jet was absolutely INCREDIBLE and worth all of the hours I wanted to rip Sunshine's head off and throw him into the river. I don't have much to say about Atom because his character was so detestable for so long but his audition scene is ABSOLUTELY worth the watch. It was a masterpiece. All in all, I enjoyed this for what it was and think it's worth the watch if you're interested in something that explores the impacts of culture, politics, interpersonal relationships and fate on our lives. It's worth it for Jet's performance alone, honestly. He stole every scene he was in.
I just started watching this and its my first time watching it ever. I have long heard about The Untamed since…
I had this EXACT same experience and then I binged this is 4 days and now I'm never getting over it. I'm so glad I gave this a chance because it's OUTSTANDING. There's more love in this series than I've seen in 100 straight-up BLs.
That's fair and I won't try to defend him. Honestly, I'm such a sucker for FirstKhao, there is definitely a bias at play lol And all I wanted was for Sand to get a happy ending.
