I didn't read the novel bc I want to keep the suspense but I saw a spoiler video on TikTok ( YOUKOU) page where the father sits down with DJX and ask for them to break up bc of his family issue might have something to do with his father being a murder or something I guess - can't confirm if im right all from a video of the peviews I watched
