Right now at ep10 and I have to say this is really overrated. It's pure manichaeism with zero subtlety, poor vs rich. Drama is also filled with really unrealistic and not credible twists/relationships/dialogues. Writing is all over the place, time skips are not believable at all.

Nah, I don't buy it... It's just a way to make a bad plot last 20 episodes. I guess they wanted to build up the revelation but the whole thing is just not credible, even by drama standards. "I doubt anybody would just outright say 'ah yeah I was like in a coma for 13 years'" Oh yes they would, every episode is filled with comedy/issues based on the fact that girl was in a coma. The main and sub plots were all holding together just because she wouldn't tell anybody she was in a coma, that sounds pretty absurd... :/
First episodes are fine. Last episodes are horrible, cheesy over the top melodrama. The whole plot is stupid and could be wrapped up in 2 episodes if the main girl just told the main guy she got in an accident 13 years ago and got into coma, but no, they drag and draaaaag it, damn, just don't watch it.
