I think he didn't die because of illness......(I mean he indeed has it (or does he?) Anyways that's not the reason for his death)Maybe he got poisoned by his stepmother? it's just that I noticed when the stepmom came to YW in their pavilion and slapped her I just felt something's wrong like I have a feeling that's she's plotting something......and also when YW and TH hide(when the broom dropped) and he got caught I can feel the cold feeling from her(the way she look to TH.......and seems like it will be thesame here in 21st(like his step mom hates him).... Maybe YW can can prevent it.......to happen.....She gonna save her husband this time.......omg please give us happy ending okay!??....
I think this woman knows already what future Yeon-woo holds. She asked her if Yeon-woo believe in fate then she said to Yeon-woo to find it out herself. I think she's the one who asked someone to throw her into the well, and I believe she has that kind of ability to time travel someone.

Kang Tae-ha still have the heart disease, the reason why he died in the past. So, the happy ending of their present is not yet predicted, the past ending may happen again in the present.....(like related to the concept of "History repeat's itself")

I knew it EP.7 was going to be a stressful and indeed it was. I didn’t think the reporter could be more vile than he was in the webtoon, but he’s much worse here like literally.....The actor is doing a great job of making me want to punch him in the face props to him lol

well they didn't really copy "all" from the Webtoon....but Maybe some were just references coz there's many scenes that they changed in the drama compared to the Webtoon........but still haha and yes I do agree.....this drama deserves more appreciation and popularity...
