An eye-candy drama. I fast forwarded a lot, especially MaShanShan part. After mid point, I can't stomach it any more and just skim thru the episodes. It's unrealistic, all the 'artificial sweetness' is just unconvincing, soya bean placement is getting really irritating and the plot is a total flop.

He is suspicious of Eunuch Qin malicious intension but he also aware that Eunuch Qin may have powerful allies. So he is pretending not to be interested / well informed about political affairs, spending his time doing his art works and "depending" on the Eunuchs to kept him informed.
