Well, to me it's a cliffhanger if they would bring out a sequel or if the Novel is giving us the answers to all the things that we are still wondering about. But for now it's an OE for me bc we are left with our own interpretation. so we hear the door squeaking but we don't know who came home and to me his expression doesn't really give anything away 🤣😊

So all of our couples SGQ/GSJ & YWS/GZY get separated bc of different reasons. Jin Fan and the sister have a HE. It was never really shown who the leader of Wufeng was. We only heard the voice when he/she spoke to the Raven ex. when YWS's Sister Yun Que kneeled on the ground after returning. The last scene also showed the wufeng leader but their face was not revealed.

so I would suggest you to continue watching the last eps for an easier understanding 😆

the thing is the novel is released slowly and only accessible on the Chinese platform. I think for now you also have to pay to read the most recent chapters which is up to the plot of eps 17. So it will take some time until international fans have access to that with an somewhat acceptable translation 😆 I'm afraid that during that time we will put our energy on other dramas

i would love to get second season but filming a movie and a whole drama is so different in terms of the time, availability of the cast and other things. But maybe the novel will be more detailed or they will release an official statement.

so mostly it's : demanding a second season, assaulting Guo Jing Ming and they are just furious because most of them either watched it the whole night (which is their own fault tho) or paid to watch the rest of the drama 😂 some also add in memes so it's funnier if you read them as a whole post

yeah why would you do that. either the drama was way longer than this or he likes to make people despise him but getting this whole cast together again would be a crazy task to do. Not speaking of the unfair treatment, lack of promotion, conflicting schedules...
