i adored the first 2 episodes as it really hook me up. but the following ones r getting boring. esp i dun really…
Same! Specially the first episode where the woman ends up committing suicide and how the female lead has become immoral in order to survive, it really hooked me up. Such a pity that they didn't explore the concept well :/
I wrote a several detail explanation in the comments below. But short answer - No it does not get better lol. 😒…
I love extraordinary attorney woo and I'm glad you do too. Such a great portrayal of autism as a spectrum, it's worth the watch as they are educating the audience and debunking common stereotypes.
I was actually really impressed on the beginning of the episodes, i love how powerful soo jae is and i also find…
I genuinely agree, this is one of those dramas that don't need romance. It's sad how certain kdramas tend to force romance. Like you mentioned, I really enjoy the depth of the female lead's character and her own personal growth more.
For the sake of ML they have twisted the story too much.. ML-FL romcom shit Spoiled this. It could have been better…
Agreed, truly wish they focused more on the FL because the rom-com is getting in the way. The whole backstory to the female lead was so good, specially how they portrayed how miserable she is. Would have been better if this was a melo drama without romance :/
Unlike you, I absolutely cringe at anything portraying romance unless it's purely mature romance but then again for this drama I truly thought romance was unnecessary as well. Their relationship was already amazing as platonic friends.
Are you implying that romance is necessary for every human? Then I would like to disagree, It's alright and normal not to have romantic feelings. You are ostracizing asexuals and aromantics by assuming everyone wants to be involved in romance and that it's a must. Everyone has the right to be independent and not want a partner. Just like that, some people have a preference and you should be more mature enough to understand that.
Ngl I disliked and also liked Bongyi. Mostly because of how annoying she is. I absolutely hated how she behaved different when she realised Choi hong joo gave birth to Yohan's child. Like what did Hongjoo do wrong? She's not at fault for dating a serial killer(In reality he's not even the actual killer). It's so ironic how the person Bongyi actually likes is the actual criminal. HA SUCKER LMAOO.
But then again, I also liked how she pointed out that changing places won't solve the problem and that why should she makes compromises. It's like how people ask you to wear conservative clothing just to not get sexually harassed which is quite dumb. It won't make a change. Even people who wear a burqa or abaya end up getting harassed. In my opinion, the problem is the messed up mindset of people like Kang duksoo and not what you wear or where you live. Changing places is simply a temporary solution.
Then again she's also overly emotional and thinks according to her emotions so I still dislike her more. Her irrational decisions just end up causing more harm than good. Maybe it's understandable cause she had no motivation in life and lost all people she had but it doesn't stop me from ranting :0
You made a right choise ..this is borefestThis showni is borefestEpisodes rating:#1 to 4: Sets the plot.Nothing…
I understand that you might feel that way. I am someone who has a really bad attention span so I try hard to keep watching. Literally the fact that it's 20 episodes long enough made me wanna puke.
Even though you are probably right from your POV, there's things about this drama that catches people's attention. Which is why it's famous.
If you watch the spin OFF named mouse predator, you'll realise everything is pretty much connected and that everything makes sense the more you look back. It's not about it being predictable, it's about the drama being connected and related throughout.
The other reason I believe is how it kept making you question what's morally right. There's a person on his last breath and you can save him but you realize that this person is a criminal. Would you choose to walk away or save? I would choose to save but it's interesting how certain people would choose otherwise. Specially if this dying person, killed someone close to you.
Lastly how it also questions whether it's a gift or punishment to have remorse and emotions in a psychopath. Kdramas try to keep their main character justifiable but this main character is a serial killer. It's not common so garners more attention.
Obviously I wouldn't name this drama the best of the best, infact I have other dramas that I liked better.
But the point is understanding why it's overrated and accepting it. I love things that are underrated but if people hype and talk too much about it, I end up disliking it.
It's all because of the overly drawn attention it's getting but don't let it affect your opinion TT
If you still think the same way, I totally understand because obviously you are allowed to have your own opinion.
Can I enjoy it if I am an atheist? I am asking because I watched The Divine Fury and I didn't like the movie,…
So I'm an atheist as well and honestly it didn't affect me much. Obviously it's impossible that it wouldn't have any references to religion because of the concept of the drama. It's more of whether you believe in things related to horror. I recommend you to maybe try watching one episode and drop it if you don't like it cause it's a pretty good drama :3
Thank you for this post! You've brought out so many of my thoughts while watching these dramas, hehe. Also, have you watched the kdrama called Doctor John? In my opinion it's one of the dramas that accurately portray things similar to real life medical practice. I would love to know your view on it :)
