Yeah, living in the moment never lasts long term. Especially with her reasoning being she wants to always have part time jobs so she can have more time for her friends but the friends might not even have time in the future. They might get married (something she doesn’t want and never specified why) or they might have kids, their jobs might keep them busy...so essentially she would be making all this time for friends but her friends didn’t agree to her mindset so she is setting herself up to be lonely and poor lol
Love can be....a rollercoaster especially because there are some things you only realize about yourself (usually ugly things) when you’re in a committed relationship. And that’s all I will say about JW and EO.
The problem with Rini and GJ is that her “best friend” should have been her partner. They were in a 10 year relationship but she only revealed her deepest self to the 2 childhood friends. The fact that she didnt try and fight for the relationship made me a bit angry but this isn’t the first time that she was so cavalier about breaking up so I guess I should have expected it. Rini was so hurt by her mother being embarrassed of her not having a real job that she is willing to cut off her nose to piss off her face and continue to live on only part time jobs to stick it to her mother and try and prove that she is happy to her mother and those around her. She is not ready to take a hard look at the “why” she is continuing to live like that and resolve it. So GJ is probably better off until she heals from the hurt

I thought I was the only one totally put off by how loud and annoying the FL portrayed herself. I was really excited to watch this because I LOVE PSJ but I had to drop it due to it giving me ‘severe annoyance syndrome’ lol
People are like that. Although irritating, I found her pretty sympathetic because she felt so real.
I wrote that particular comment before i completed the show and while she did become sympathetic more towards the last few episodes, she just rubbed me the wrong way for the majority of the show lol

Yes! It was just TOO calm! Im glad someone else recognized that. I felt that it was just one note throughout thr whole drama and i realized after reading your comment that's why, everyone expressed themselves too well and in an articulate manner
What this series lacked was a climatic peak. It was very one note and didnt really get me invested in any of the characters. All the tears that i shed from watching this drama came strictly from the fact that when PBG cries, you have to cry with him ?. The family dynamics was interesting but it wasn't enough save it. All in all, the show wasn't great but it was a nice little filler drama to pass the time with.

He is truly an artist at crying and having the audience want to cry and give him hugs. Its the smile with the watery eyes that gets me every time ☺. In Encounter he had me using whole boxes of tissues lol
