People did seem to forget that Yoon chul and Yoon Hee have to pay for what they did to Seol Ah, are the writers seriously making us forget about her and turning this into a "Revange for Suryeon" ? If Seol Ah doesn't get her justice done, neither does Suryeon because that's what she fought for in S1
I just finished season 1 and omg... I'm thinking SuRyeon is not a protagonist, the main plot was never about Seol Ah and was always about Yoonhee vs Seojin. Everything we saw in S1 even Suryeon's death was so that we can kinda be frustrated, sad and feel what it's like to lose a very important person to the character, and we want revange for that. The problem is that Suryeon was THE character of the show, she literally carried the show for most of us here, but she was never the main plot. I hope I'm really wrong and she beautifuly returns in S2 or S3, but yeah...
Just wanna say : If you're hating everyone in here and is having a hard time controlling your anger, go watch the Running Man episode with the female cast. I did it when I was starting to want to punch my monitor and oh god this helped me a lot. For anyone who's wondering it's episodes 530 and 531 (They appear in the middle of 530)
It doesn't make sense for SSR to die just like that.... There were so many instances of her being one step ahead…
Also, it doesn't make sense to have a kdrama about revange without anyone to really root for. SSR deserves her justice, they can't just cut her off like that.
I think the revange plot is now Oh Yoon Hee's revange for Shin Su ryeon...but its not the same as before, suryeon really carried the show for me, i don't know how I feel about this season
I usually don't like historical dramas, I don't really see what's so interesting about them and usually get bored about the policits in it. But this drama is SO GOOD, the comedy, romance and the politic part is SO GOOD. I really recommend it for everyone who likes and dislikes this genre! Shin Se Kyung and Cha Eun Woo were adorable and really good, I could really feel their emotions in every scene, also, the side characters are gold, I loved all of them
The plot is definetly the main problem here. The actors were great, people talk as If this drama only have bad actors and all that stuff but I really think the actors did their best, but the writing is so off...
