If they kill off his mother and grandpa it would be a happy ending. Jain or someone tells JY how Pio has been…
Yesssss like yessssss
im hoping for this so freaking much cuz literally he has to come back and tell everything. And you know what? I'm not even gonna be sad if his mother and grandpa are gone. Like just make them disappear. It would solve so much of the problem
We are all the time asking for more screen time of the second couples in series and now the give us the most irritating…
Frrrr. Like, I’m always begging for more screen time for second leads, but this time it’s just getting ridiculous cuz they’re probably one of the most hated second leads ever. And I’m literally gonna be flabbergasted and pissed if they give them a redemption arc cuz they don’t deserve shit 🙄🤬
I don’t even know anymore. A part of me actually wants a sad ending. Like maybe we really will lose Kang Pio…
Also, I don’t know why but I feel like this is going to end tragically especially with moments like when Pio is standing by the river looking like he’s about to do smth irreversible.
I don’t even know anymore. A part of me actually wants a sad ending. Like maybe we really will lose Kang Pio altogether cuz all we’ve seen is him slowly losing his sanity little by little. But then another part of me desperately wants a happy ending. I want the truth to come out, I want everything to finally be okay and I want him to get some kind of peace. But with everything we’ve seen so far it’s honestly so hard for me to imagine a completely fluffy happy ending. Like there has to be some trauma left over and realistically the ending probably won’t be all sunshine and rainbows.
And this might sound messed up, but sometimes I wonder if Kang Pio dying would almost be a form of salvation for him. He’s suffered so much for so long and its not because I want him to suffer or because I think death is inherently better but because of how completely broken down he seems after everything he’s endured. Btw I’m NOT comparing him to Jeong Yo, because what he went through is way worse than we know and terrifying. But I'm just saying that both characters make me think about how much suffering a person can endure before they’re no longer the same person they were before.
I genuinely don’t know what ending I want anymore. 😭 I want Kang Pio to be happy but after everything we’ve seen… I don’t even know if “happy” is something this story can realistically give him.
It doesn't matter if you like him or not, cuz there are a lot of people who like Barcode. Personally, I started this show because of Barcode. I love all his previous shows, and he's such a pookie. And the so-called visuals?? I'm digging it. I am not hating on WilliamEst at all tho cuz I love them so freaking much. But lowkey, I'm more interested in the second lead... Don’t yuck someone else’s yum 🙄
Btw, I’m actually loving how slow Ten’s plot is because people don’t just change overnight, it takes time, a LOTTT of courage, and baby steps, and the way he’s slowly getting closer to his crush aka Pun despite being insecure and scared feels so much more realistic and relatable to me 😭
For me, Thailand (with exceptions like *Payback* or *ITSAY*) isn't exactly a benchmark for quality.Everything…
First of all, I so disagree with the so called "rating war". "You Maniac" and "Mr. Fanboy" have such a high ratings partly because they have a much larger audience, and obviously having a fixed or already known pairing helps bring in an already established fanbase. While the other shows you mentioned simply haven’t reached the same audience or been discovered/understood by as many people yet (they have new pairing and not from an established company like GMMTV or DMD of Thailand).
Also you can't say that "Everything is designed around fan service" just because certain Thai BLs have high ratings. Cuz if not for fans their would be no ratings to begin with. Obviously, "A Winter Sun", "Last Oath" and "The Missing Piece" are also made for an audience and are also going to benefit from fans or ppl who like the actors, paring, or ig the genre.
Also just cuz u don't think smth is not "the shows of the century" does not means that show can't be rated high or loved more by others. I personally LOVE all the shows you mentioned and for me they all have a HIGH rating.
why do you guys keep on defending a sl**tty old b1tch Iwanaga? hahaha, dated 3 different people over 10 years…
I genuinely have so much to say about this because what even is this comment 😭
First of all, you cannot take a character from one BL and connect them to a completely different character from another BL just because the same actor played both roles. Characters are characters. Actors are actors. Rui's storyline in "Contrast: has absolutely nothing to do with his character here, and bringing it up just to insult Iwanaga is weird as hell. You cannot project one character's actions onto another character and you definitely shouldn't be dragging the actor into it either.
Second, Iwanaga dated three people over the course of TEN YEARS. And somehow that makes him "used," "abused," "secondhand," or whatever other degrading language you want to use? Be serious dude. Dating multiple people does not make someone damaged good like huh!???
And I also agree, Akihiro's insecurities are valid but but validating his insecurity does NOT mean validating the idea that Iwanaga is somehow lesser because of his relationship history. Those are two completely different things.
Also we can't assume that we know everything about Akihiro's past either. We know he was in a relationship with a girl for three years, but we don't know the intimate details of that relationship, nor do we need to like fr. And that's exactly the point: someone's past relationships don't give us permission to reduce them to their dating or sexual history.
And why are we even calling these characters "sluts" and "bitches" over their relationship histories in the first place? If you dislike Iwanaga, dislike his actions. If you think he handled Akihiro's insecurity badly then talk about that. But reducing a character to a misogynistic and sexualized insult because they have dated other people is not criticism or sharing your so called interpretation. It's just slut-shaming.
Honestly, the language in this comment is way more concerning to me than the fact that Iwanaga had previous relationships like dude think before you type 🤦♀️
It's AI. Just saying. Makes you wonder about the future of music.
Ok so, the music is AI!? But if you don't mind me asking, what else is AI? I feel like obviously, some of the scenes are AI. They look AI-ish in a way, but I don't know. I was just wondering
Oh my god, this is making me hate nine but I love James so much. Like literally every time he’s on screen I’m like I LOVE YOU JAMESSS. And then I’m like, wait, hold on, he IS nine right now aghhhh
I still can’t like Krit and Mochi 😭 I genuinely tried to force myself to watch their scenes because they take up such a huge chunk of the ep but no matter how hard I try, I just feel disgusted. I ended up skipping pretty much all of their scenes because I just can’t do it 😭 And honestly, I don’t even understand why GMMTV is giving them SO much screen time like WHYYYY 😭😭
i hate it when they make James the bad guy. It would be so much more exciting if James is a good guy too. Then…
But isn’t that kind of the point too? That people aren’t always what they seem or how they’re portrayed on the surface? I feel like having the “good guy” actually be a red flag and the “red flag” actually turn out to be a good guy would give us a really interesting perspective on how much everything is about perception, especially in the entertainment industry and even with how the fans view the characters. It’s way more complicated when you can’t just label someone as “good” or “bad” or thats what i think
Who else skipped every krit and mochi's scene together? 😭 Because I’m sorry, I did. I’ve tried, but I just cannot make myself like him even after that backstory 💀
im hoping for this so freaking much cuz literally he has to come back and tell everything. And you know what? I'm not even gonna be sad if his mother and grandpa are gone. Like just make them disappear. It would solve so much of the problem
