She can def feel angry and sad cuz her grandma is the only person she has left. U can't always expect a full blown green flag understanding lead, that's far form reality. She needs some time to organize her emotions
Why can't hari want her grandma to live when she's the only family member left? Both her and grandma just need to sit and talk which I def think they will in ep7/8 . This drama has very matured leads they know how to talk things out. So 99% sure these misunderstandings will get solved in 2 eps
On a side note I hope they won't drag this "doctor hunter" shit and end it on ep5 . Actually appreciate that misunderstandings btw leads was not dragged so I hope they won't drag this too.

My personal pros and cons on ep1-4 Pros: Good pacing for an island setting, male lead has character and professional development, villagers have character development, we have alr been introduced to both the leads past lives and what to expect in upcoming episodes, nice chemistry btw leads, cinematography is good, second couple have alr started sailing , common health prbs are shown rather than big accidents ( I mean it's not even a hospital so makes sense), excellent dialogues
Cons: Sometimes logic is absent (as usual for dramas) , presence of SML with whom fl is friendly and has good amount of interactions, cranky old ppl for 3 eps(in gets better later) annoying ass head nurse, ppl are very loud , can get boring in the middle ( but keeps changing the situations very often)

Bro he's literally supposed to be serving in the mandatory military but doctors can be exempted if they agree to serve as a civil servant in remote places. It's completely over the government to place u wherever they want. If u have anyone who does gov service, they r transfered anywhere anytime gov doesn't give 2 fucks
