Ok I thought it was just me. She gets mad because he's doing his job. Like girl pay attention to your own job. She made that dumb contract but she didn't stick to it one day! She's all up in his work business. Then at home he treats her like a queen and I feel like she finds anything to complain about and is always going back to her parents house. He's bending over backwards to make her transition to married life easier and she pushes back every single time not even being considerate about his mother battling cancer and him trying to adjust to the situation as well. I better see some growth with her because she was complaining about wanting to get married but puts zero effort in to it. Spoiled brat.

The father is abusive, physically to the mother and mentally to the son. That's why they ran away from him and live in that town, she gets a call, idk why or who it was and she goes back and the husband beats her to get the son there, which he does end of getting. ML is heartbroken because the only way to get away from the father is leaving the country to live with the aunt which they both do.

Its cute. I read a lot of comments about the ML being too immature or the actor being too young to play the role but I think his immaturity was charming. I believe his character was stunted because of the way the grandmother treated him and him just being lonely and not being able to grow as a person. I absolutely hate the grandmother's redemption and didn't feel it was warranted. I don't think everyone should get one in dramas and I dislike how in most dramas the most horrible characters get one. FL was a bit stiff but again these characters are all in some way emotionally stunted. The 2nd couple was cute but I liked the main couple more.

Its the sheer ridiculousness of this show that has me busting up laughing. She falls non stop and that bath scene was utter nonsense not for one second did I believe she was going to drown. The ML hair doesn't suit his face or style. The FL I've watched her in many shows and in this one she actually looks older then in her newer ones which I actually like. She doesn't look too young for the ML but 2ML looks way too old for her. I'm ready to continue with this silly show.

So much hate for the FL but the ML is the who was the most to blame. She's just an ordinary girl and he takes her into this world she has absolutely no way to navigate. He just throws her in and she's suppose to what start acting like someone's she's not. He was completely selfish threw her out to the sharks and then attempted to soothe her with just empty words. He was sleeping with so many women and she's supposed to what..think he's the prize. She didn't want to cause drama for him and tried to assimilate to his lifestyle but he just used her time and time again. Honestly she's better of with anyone but him. Also what bothered me the most is that they were childhood "friends" apparently but he sure didn't act like that did he? He treated her like something to be used until he didn't need her anymore. So what he threw money at her the very least he could have done is treat her like a friend not try to use money and sex to control her. Just my opinion.

I'm not a fan of ML at all. I mean he's totally friend material even like a brother but love interest I don't feel it. It just seemed forced because they are childhood friends. I got good chemistry vibes from Du Lei though. Even though he was misguided and truly a victim he would have paired better with her. They had a few moments where I could totally see them together and really working. The main couple has this unhealthy co dependency thing going on wasn't a fan. Also they gave her too many major jobs for an intern at a big financial institution and then let her "wing it" you know let the newbie figure it out million of dollar deals . Riley Wang was cute as a button as always. I think he's too cute for words. I wasn't a fan of the friend she was always so chaotic and loud and very immature. I'm still on the fence about this one and it's so damn long!!! for no reason.

It was so good. It has some complex stuff in there about death. There's the death of a loved one, death of someone you once knew in the non literal sense, how we think it should look like and how we some times glorify people in death who weren't very good while living. Grief looks different on each one of us. Definitely a tear jerker. Excellent film.

I love JSM she's such a cute actress. I really enjoyed the drama. I read how some found it draggy i didn't get that at all. Also that 2ML wasn't even that big of a deal in the show. There were minor conflicts that got resolved quicky which i loved! The family and outside relationships took up a majority of screentime so there was some romance here and there but it was mostly about different relationships and how we grow from them. 2nd leads weren't my favorite he seems way too passive for someone like her. Loved the friendships. Maybe I'll rewatch it but just the main couple sceens. I liked their relationship.

Same. I know on here its ML and FL shipped forever but he had the most character growth in my opinion. I guess FL must live with angst and the constant cliche of.."I'm no good for you....but..." from ML for 15 episodes. 2ML seriously and genuinely grew to like her and changed for her over time and seemed more natural. ML liked her Day 1 just because made no sense.

I actually have watched and enjoyed numerous dramas with these actors. I've tried and tried to watch this one in particular. When it came out, during Covid, a few times after including now and I just can't get into it. Her crying for HaRu in just every episode and just crying in general over everything just doesn't do it for me. I actually got 2 more episodes in then previous that's 18 in and still i struggle. I love the idea and have so many questions reguarding the whole characters in a book idea but the way this is looking I don't think it's going to answer anything having to do with the world they are in, how they got there, what happens in the next book, and so on. I'm just watching an episode at a time maybe I'll love it at the end.

Show is good. I'm laughing and crying in some episodes. Two things I'm not fond of Bo-Ra and her relationship and Jung Hwan indecisiveness. I'm 100% loving the slice of life the whole neighborhood has this family takes care of each other vibe. Each household has a story to tell. Midway you get Bo-Ra and Sun woo like 40% of the damn time sneaking around and all this character development and the other 30% is Jung Hwan doing his whole self sacrifice angsty bull. He hurt her more with his indecisiveness then just either A leting her go completely or B just taking a shot because he knew she liked him. He knew it and just lets the relationship stay in this weird limbo. He basically gave her up for nothing. I don't think he loves her I think he's in love with the idea of being in love with her. He has had so many chances and he just lets them all go then he cries about it. I don't feel bad for him if he loses her because he just can't seem to actually want to be with her.

True but i think it was supposed to be that way. All the vices we humans have all put into one building. I was rooting for those apt cleaners but even they got greedy. Lol

Cute pretty common type of rom-com drama. Things I actually liked that more dramas should do
1. Getting together without all the drama (cliché misunderstandings) so as an adult couple they could grow.
2. Talking and communicating with each other instead of assuming what the other is thinking.
3. Cute little gestures of love
(Little winks and mouthing words) sneaking in a little hand holding. Small kisses.Most dramas they don't even look like they are in a relationship or like each other.

It's a rom com but it also feels like an adult relationship. I'm not a huge fan of slow burners with just too much drama going on. Will they/won't they whats the hold up? Those 20 sec eye stares need to stop. They aren't cute when your in the middle of driving or in the middle of doing something. A few here and there to show your deep devotion and then thats it! Every damn scene is not cool. Main couple was cute but the fact she looks like she doesn't have eyelashes and they didn't at the very least give her some mascara made her even at her most "dolled up" moments look dull.

The "prince " i kept waiting for something offensive to happen. Like a bali dance break out or something but I just saw two friends ribbing each other every chance they got. I found their relationship pretty spot on for two men always trying to out do each other. Their interactions were funny. He was pretty handsome too! I loved his look. That suit he wore made him look pretty 😍 cute.

8.5 I gave it. It was good not great. Funny but not hilarious. Loved the adult style of relationship. Geting together and growing as a couple. Communicating. I hope kdramas keep showing us these type of relationships.

First and most importantly PHS never disappoints. I'm not big into zombie movies but this one is definitely more focused on humanity then zombies. You have a mixture of people in this apt that do the dumbest things but that's human nature people are disgusting and greedy. I absolutely hated some characters and that's how I knew it was a good show. If you can make me hate and wish for death a certain character then damn that actor is doing a great job. FL was so bad ass! She was just so no nonsense but also so protective of her little group. There was next to no romance and i was ok with that. Great show!!

Same! Some people don't need a redemption arc. Leave it be. I just can't with that mother she's pure evil and all the friends mothers get this whole "I'm just doing this because I love you" All those mom's caused so much emotional and mental damage but forgiveness was the main point I guess.

I had to scroll so long to finally see this. I've watched this twice and the first time I was thinking the same things. So i rewatched it and he's definitely emotionally manipulating her. I absolutely love love their relationship as in brother and sister. He's a broken man clinging to her as his life line. He wants her to be his savior she's dealing with her own life and here he comes with this I'll wait forever, I've named our children crying drama. I mean if he said I'm in love with you and i have some truama I'm trying to work on but i want to be with you I'll wait til you figure it out naturally and if not then I'm ok with having you as my sister. That would have been one thing but to bring her closer and closer to him he uses her deep feelings for him as her brother and her kind and nurturing nature to his advantage by tapping into her need to help "heal him" and pretty much wants to own everything about her. It gave me the ick more than a sweet feeling. That's just my opinion. Still loved the family dynamic. Loved how they communicated with each other and grew. The romance part just wasn't done properly in my opinion especially with someone you've pretty much seen as your brother your whole life.

100% agree. I read these comments before i watched the show. She was trying to be professional get her career moving. He's over here making her 100 breakfasts while causing more drama for her. She's a woman in a male dominant work place she has to work twice as hard! She even told him it doesn't matter if it come from a "good place" the blame will be on her! He still acts immature and impulsive. Making throw up sounds while she's conducting business, what was that about? I get cute nerds, but if he's not going to at least respect her enough and be her adult partner, then he needed to be gone. He should have been with the other girl she's just as immature as he is. She didn't want a "rich man" she needed a mature man. She's a catch of course men of power would find her attractive. These comments on here about her are toxic towards women wanting to advance not only in their careers but in their personal lives.

I like it. Her past relationships really got to my feels. The major thing that bothered me was the ending. She's losing her past memories ok i understand that but why did she forget all her current ones. I mean besides the fact she meet some of them because of memories from the past she still had/made current memories of these people. I mean when she woke up on that bridge she just remembered what exactly? She's remembering she's an engineer but her remembering she had relationships with people was far-fetched?? That's the only thing I couldn't wrap my head around.

I really love the main actor Z.Tao he's great. I went into this movie knowing nothing about it but it was so fast paced and things were happening so fast some of it just didn't make any sense to me. Was he imagining her pulling a wrapped up body from her side to the construction side? That spot on the rug, what kind of damn tea makes a deep red stain on a brown rug? The girl had his phone and binoculars tapped. So why didn't she send those recordings to the police or was she just watching live feed 24/7 😒 so no recordings? If the girl was being followed and watched 24/7 how did she get large ass amounts of money without anyone seeing her because they found her having lunch and at the restaurant he took her to with ease. The father was in debt and her husband equally in trouble businesswise with the mother just around causing havoc. It was good for what it was but it definitely wasn't a memorable movie.
