Honestly most k-dramas are fine as mini-series. Some of them could use follow up seasons and this is definitely one of them!

Believe me, the first and even second ep won't draw you in, but the best comes right after. I'm at 10of16 and it gets better and better with the story and the acting to a great level!

...SM pushing Joy is an anti rhetoric. They both decided when to act and Joy was praised for her acting too. Idk why you would want to focus on the omnipresent negativity. Not everything is SM's fault or credit.
