Hands down my favorite drama of this year! This drama takes you through a range of emotions Love, hate, sadness, joy. All of the characters are so complex and Worthy of being seen. This was the most enjoyable character for me of Shen Yue. She really gave it her ALL and made you feel everything Gu Yi was going through. Please ignore all of the comments about the jokes aren't funny, some of them are dry as hell yes, lol but as the show goes on, Gu Yi's jokes get so much better but the real comedian was dry Lian Daiwen's jokes 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Highly reccommend this drama and it has Definitely earned a rewatch from me!!!
Solid 7, best part were the first 10 episodes, when the team came to the hospital and when JYH told that girl off. 2nd couple really rivaled the 1st couple for me.
You have to be in a mentally good mature place to enjoy this drama and I'm glad I came back to it. I watched the first episode months ago stopped picked up again by watching the last episode, then worked my way backwards then forwards. This was such a heart wrenching but real drama. I could watch another 16 episodes without the SFL and SML of course.
I am very satisfied with this drama. My goofy smile and teenage girl googly eyes came back and from ep 34. Great story and happy we didn't see WQZ again, all was right in the world for a moment for me.

Very disappointed that JX choose to walk away from Xingchen. I get the frustration and pissed you no longer have control over your business but the employees she claim to care for are left without a leader and a buffer between Hanhai and Xingchen. JX is too stubborn, this is her biggest flaw.
I also can't take SZZ seriously at all. He'll forever be a little boy playing dress up to me.
How can JX trust CH?! His office doesn't even have the entire floor complete! There's a flooring missing by the fish tank. Maybe this is why all his meetings are usually outside of his office. 🤭
I really didn't want to watch episode 30 because I knew I would be more pissed off then anything but I gave in and watched anyway :le sigh:... And you know what happened?! I'm pissed lol I'm pissed because JX wasn't thinking logically! While yes Xingchen is in competition with Hanhai, it's not on par with Hanhai! Xingchen just started you're still within your trial phase and your talking about being swallowed up by a company 5 to 6 years in?! You haven't even turned a profit!!!! You aren't mass producing your products yet so why are you concerned with a larger competitor?! Hanhai is an elementary school child while Xingchen still an infant!
While the concerns of being swallowed up by Hanhai are valid, it's not a direct facing threat at the time. JX was preyed upon by ZD who twisted her insecurities and gave her a platter of "what if's" covered in 24K gold. What's JX going to do, ignore it?! Nooo, of course not! Are you kidding me, and you wouldn't either lol! She has to feast on it because she can't ignore it now. Rather than being upfront and say I heard you're the investor of Hanhai she goes about asking "Do you love me?" - this is the part that took me over the edge. Are you serious right now?! I'm still getting over y'all saying I love you after 2 days of dating and JX running home cause she didn't didn't know what to do -_- What does love have to do with business?! Business is Business and Love is Love, you were in Business together before you were in Love. Does JX think HT only invested in her company because he likes her?! How could she sell herself so cheaply.
Yes there's a communication issue, we knew that 3 episodes ago. They just started dating there's no way you know each other well enough to know his investments. While HT should've said Hanhai was his time ago, he didn't and honestly didn't have to because they just started dating!!!! Bet JX doesn't even know what tie is HT's favorite yet and HT knows XJ's favorite team member at Xingchen.
Hanhai wasn't a direct threat to Xingchen in the grand scheme of things, but XJ thought it was and that is what HT should've explained better so that XJ wasn't so anxious. JX is nervous because something she's built from the ground up was being threatened in her view and she had to protect it to the best of her ability. They're both wrong and need to learn how to communicate and see issues from the others perspective. But nooo let's drive stakes into each other's hearts and run away 🙄

I would say it's because she's not secure in her role and company. JX is fighting every single day to keep what she's built together and she thought her baby was at risk. It wasn't logical thinking it was a fright response.
I never, I mean NEVER miss a wedding scene because that's my favorite part of a drama but I could not bring myself to watch fully nor enjoy this wedding from hell.
I rolled my eyes so hard during that waste of 2 to 3 minutes I felt like an Emo teen again.
