I'm so glad I didn't read these reviews and decided to experience the drama for myself. Here's some advice for anyone wondering whether to watch it based on others' opinions: Try it for Yourself and Decide. Because what works for one person may not be the same for everyone.
Unusual yet amazing! I almost skipped this drama after reading the reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. My advice? Don’t read the comments or reviews beforehand—you’ll never know if it’s your cup of tea until you experience it for yourself. So, dive right in! Some people might love it, while others might not, but it’s definitely worth giving a try.
This drama is truly a masterpiece. It didn’t even feel like I was watching two seasons because I finished it all in one go.
I love how the series takes a realistic approach, exploring how a person’s perspective on life evolves based on the experiences they’ve been through. This season was especially impactful as Captain Gu finally came to understand the victims' suffering.
The show beautifully illustrates that everyone’s experiences, no matter how different, are equally significant. What we’ve been through is neither lesser nor greater than what others have endured.
The character development throughout the series was phenomenal.
The characters’ personalities were so distinct from one another, and the main character wasn’t the only one who stood out as a hero. Each person had their own unique role to play. The cast lineup was absolutely amazing—from the villains to the victims and even the teammates. Every character played a vital role, and without this perfect combination, we wouldn’t have gotten such an incredible drama.
I especially loved how the villains received the endings they deserved, while the victims found some form of closure.
The ending was deeply thought-provoking. It made me realize how the experiences we go through shape who we are.
Finally, the show’s portrayal of fraud was truly eye-opening. It highlighted how fraudsters prey on victims’ trust, which is one of the most terrible things one person can do to another.
I just binge-watched Season 1! what a ride! The twists and the mystery in this drama are absolutely on point. The cast absolutely slayed their performances! I also love how the main character isn't your typical sweet, justice-obsessed hero. Instead, his personality feels grounded and realistic, shaped by his experiences and struggles. On my way to S2!!!
Try getting out you'll see it will be easier to make friends
That hit meeeee

A Masterpiece for me!
